Maximum passenger capacity in a large van is 8. This is the largest size vehicle that can access city centers. Groups larger than 8 passengers will require more than 1 vehicle.
1-2 Passengers - Luggage capacity: up to 2 suitcases and 2 small carryons
3-6 Passengers - Luggage capacity: up to 6 suitcases and 6 small carryons
7-8 Passengers - Luggage capacity: up to 8 suitcases and 8 small carryons
The following information is required to book a transfer:
- Flight Number
- Flight Arrival Time
- Hotel Name and Address

It cost us the same amount to hire a private chauffeur as it would have to take the trains for our family.
Simple easy and so very pleasant.

The service was excellent! The car was spotless, roomy, and so comfortable and our chauffeur was punctual, extremely professional, courteous, and a very safe driver. We were in comfort the entire way. Would highly recommend!!

Roberto was on-time, extremely professional and made sure we arrived safely to our hotel. He had contacted me earlier via email, but it had been overlooked by me, but nevertheless, he was waiting patiently as requested at the airport location designated.

I needed round trip transportation to/from Rome airport to my hotel during a trip to Rome this month. It was the best decision I’ve made:). Driver was on time, super friendly, spoke English and it made the sometimes chaotic drive into Rome very pleasant. I would definitely use their services again and definitely recommend.

Ricardo Gaia with Uber Black, or his own private company carpilotrome, went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a hired driver. On our way from the airport to the hotel, Ricardo not only provided us with the history of sites that we drove past, but also pointed out places to explore. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, but also with his warmth and friendliness, This encouraged us to book him for future rides during our vacation. We hired him a total of three different times.
Some examples of how he excelled: Because we had a short drive to our hotel from the airport, we were dismissed by other Uber drivers who passed us up to take larger fares. Ricardo was our savior!
He also, responded to let us know that he had found a pair of sunglasses that were left in his car. Thankfully, because they were designer prescription sunglasses.
We would not hesitate to recommend Ricardo! This man has amazing credentials; was a former commercial pilot, gave flying lessons, and is geographically knowledgeable.
He also lived in the US and speaks great English!
