The best way to get deep into the Mexican culture is by visiting the famous wrestling show. You will live an incredible experience and witness in a very good seat the performance. But we know the night is young, and when finishing we will go to a Mexican famous restaurant for you to try authentic Mexican food (food is included)

The wrestling was super entertaining and Didier was a great host. Also enjoyed the dinner afterwards and learning more about life in CDMX. We'll organized tour. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour.

A little slice of modern Mexican culture, what a hoot. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience watching Lucha Libre. Our guide, Noah, explained the back stories and the wrestlers did the rest. It's a little odd, but I highly recommend it.

We got to see a great piece of Mexican culture, and our guide gave us insights into the storyline and history of the contestants. It was a lot of fun.

Take some time for a fin night out to experience a Mexico City tradition, Lucha Libre. We went on Sunday, which is family night, because the show starts early. Our guide, Jaime, was an avid wrestling fan and brought much joy and excitement to the evening. The crowd was enthusiastic and it made for a fun adventure.

We booked a wrestling plus dinner night and it was amazing, mostly because of our tour guide, Patricia! On the ride over, she explained to us all about lucha libre so we were well prepared for the event. We had an absolute blast, cheering and booing during each match like we were seasoned audience members. Sure, we could have gotten tickets on our own, but our enjoyment was magnified because of Patricia and booking through Stepping Mexico. Plus, the seats were outstanding.
Afterwards, Patricia took us to a dinner spot with amazing food that highlighted local cuisine but also matched our personalities. Patricia felt more like a friend than a tour guide. She wanted to know what types of things we wanted to see in Mexico so we can get the best out of our vacation. By the time she dropped us off at our hotel, we had a list of places to explore for the rest of our stay plus a memory-filled evening of wrestling and food.
This evening was a true standout from our stay in Mexico City, and it’s all because of Stepping Mexico and Patricia. Muchísimas gracias!

We had a great time seeing the infamous Lucha Libre at Arena Mexico. We booked with Stepping Mexico on recommendation from a Friend and we’re so glad we did. Our guide, Armando was great. Really friendly and knowledgeable, he arranged everything and explained what was happening. After went went to a great Taqueria for dinner which was delicious. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Jaime, was really into the Luche Libre and added to the excitement! He was obviously proud of his city and the culture. He really knew his way around and happily explained what we were seeing. Dinner was at a local favorite, Casa de Tono. Very good Pazole!

Our best tip would be to ask for Armando to be your guide! We told him he looked like a young Richard Dreyfus and he'd never seen Jaws so you get the idea. So knowledgeable and fun and willing to switch gears as he got to know us better. Another tip - we ate dinner BEFORE we headed to Lucha Libra instead of afterwards and we still got back to our hotel at 11:30. We unknowingly had tickets to attend the one night a year when they bring in the international wrestlers. That meant the military band played, the national anthem was sung, and each wrestler was introduced with his country's flag displayed. The whole evening was fun but these wrestlers were so athletic and obviously trained intensively to make the crazy moves required without getting hurt. Great seats Armando. Thanks!
