They didn’t show up! Naples Bay Tour was communicating up til morning of scheduled (and paid for) excursion…then…nothing! 🤨 Asking for a refund now.

The tour guide was amazing,Maria. She was knowledgeable. The small group however was not small as advertised. It said up to 20 people but we eadily had 30ish. The transportation also had long stops in between. But overall was ok.

We paid for, and were told we were getting a PRIVATE tour for just myself and my son, and when we got to pompeii, we were told we would have to wait (possibly for hours) for more people to join because it was 'off season'. so we had to do the tour ALONE. We paid $190 and all we got was a ride to/from pompeii. Terrible customer service, and we are disputing with our cc company. Stay away from them.
