On this horseback riding experience, riders will travel along a hillside within Kanab's beautiful and historic Johnson Canyon. This ride is excellent for both beginner and intermediate riders, offering excellent views of the Kanab countryside, the Kaibab Mountain Range, and the surrounding mountain ranges and canyons, including small glimpses of Grand Staircase. Some riders may even see some pottery pieces and learn about other interesting historical facets.
This is a perfect tour for fall and winter, as this region is much warmer than up higher in the national park.

I’d recommend this to anyone 10/10 total unique experience. Trev and Dusty were our tour guides and they’re absolute beauties.

We had a great ride with Blake as our guide. There were six family members spanning three generations. None of us were experienced riders. Blake provided good instructions as we were assigned to our horses and throughout the ride. It was a beautiful ride with good views of the rock formations and great stories about the history of the area.

What an amazing experience,Blake our tour guide was brilliant pointing out various facts to us,the group was small which made the experience better,all the horses were beautifully well behaved,would love to have time to do it again.

Super nice tour guide - gave us lots of information about the country, people, wild animals and vegetation. The horses were super well behaved and sure-footed. I have never felt so safe and relaxed on a strange horse.
