This is a great tour to see and visit several beautiful areas including Old San Juan, new San Juan, Pinones, a cave and an amazing rainforest waterfall. Angel is a great tour guide and Annie is a seasoned driver, making this a fun and informative day. They arrived right on time with a very clean and comfortable vehicle and by the end of the tour we felt like we made some great new friends. This tour provides a good overview of the sights and helped us decide where we wanted to explore more with the rest of our time in this amazing land. Thanks Annie and Angel...come visit us if you ever make it to Nevada!

Angel and Annie were awesome. We got to see some sites that tourists usually do not see. Tour was not rushed unlike some others we have been on where some of the sites were drive by.

We took the Concrete Jungle to Rainforest Jungle Tour on the first full day of our Puerto Rico vacation. We felt like we had learned so much about the Puerto Rican culture and history that it made for a great base for the rest of our explorations which we did on our own. We only wish we could remember half of the information that Angel and Anne had provided. It is very obvious to see and feel the passion and excitement that Angel has for Puerto Rico and its heritage throughout the tour. They took great care of us throughout the day and planned the trip around what we had expressed a desire to see. If Angel did not know the answer to a question that was posed (which was rare) he would find out the answer. Not least of all was the courtesy, kindness and sense of humor shown as well. We cannot recommend this tour enough.

I took my young son and had a blast. They were so patient with us and totally up for whatever we wanted. Our guide was so knowledgeable and excited to share everything he knew about his home. They even let us stop for some ice cream on the way back!

Book it already! We have traveled a ton and my wife and I agree, Angel and Annie provide the BEST tour we’ve ever experienced. Things are planned and executed with perfection. Amazing information that keeps every minute intriguing. Angel even jumped off the cliffs with me when my wife wasn’t feeling it. We absolutely loved this private tour which gave a great overview of all things San Juan, the rainforest and everything in between. The vehicle was new, clean and well equipped. We seriously had zero complaints about our day. They are truly lovely people with great hearts and passion for what they do! Don’t miss out on a tour with them, you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful time with Annie and Angel. The tour was everything we expected it to be. We saw lots of different sites and learned so much about Puerto Rico. We felt safe in the clean van. The pace of the tour was perfect and Angel and Annie were flexible and accommodating and went the extra mile by taking us to a look out point in the rain forest.

I would highly recommend booking this tour with Angel and Annie ( toursyourwaypr dot com ) as it gives you a great introduction to the island and the history of the island especially for new visitors. The tour was just our family (of 5) which was super helpful as we have a very independent, spirited 4 year old which can be frustrating for others if they are having to wait for your child. Also, they have a vehicle that can accommodate larger families or smaller families which I was curious how they would manage our family. Both Annie and Angel were very kind and helpful. They brought us to some local stops for food which we would have probably never stopped or found. We also don't speak a ton of Spanish so they were able to make our orders for us. I will say our kids were not into the side of the road food but did try it. I packed snacks specifically for this purpose. It was helpful to learn of the culture in PR such as beach parking is free just pull over off the lines of the road or what they do when theres a hurricane. This will be helpful as we drive the island (not the hurricane information, I'd suggest not driving in a hurricane). We also stopped in the Rainforest away from the crowds and was able to do some of the same things you see in advertisements of other tours like the rope swing, jumping off the rocks, etc. but safer (not getting jumpped on) they had a few life jackets as well. At the end we stopped by a local spot ? Gaby which was really good and even my picky eaters ate the rice In speaking with Angel and Annie, they offer other tours...now I know, they will here from us next time we are back but check out their other tours and you can ask for a customized tour which I was not aware of. Thank you Angel and Annie for spending the day with us.
* vehicle can accommodate larger families
* there's a changing building to get in or out of swimming clothes but you do have to walk a well cleared path in and out of water area.
* I'd recommend water shoes, towel, snacks, sunblock, sunglasses, goggles to see lake fish, extra water, battery back up for phones.
* If you have a waterproof case or camera for the end of the trip.
* some life vests are available but you should mention kids sizes if you want specific sizes. I'd imagine they would get others for you prior to trip if you gave notice but ask (you pay obviously)
* can make requests prior to tour so they can plan for traffic
* Annie and Angel are personable and easy to talk with.

We took a private tour with Danny today and it was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He really took his time to make sure that we saw everything that we wanted to, he took tons of photos for us, and made sure that we had a truly incredible experience. I would highly recommend!

I am so glad we booked this excursion with Angel and Annie. We were traveling with a 9 yr old and 16 yr old so I was looking for a tour that they would like but also have history and sightseeing for the adults. Annie recommended this one. Communication was excellent. Angel was waiting for us right were he said to meet. The van was very clean and comfortable and cool. Angel’s knowledge of the island was outstanding. I learned so much. Plus it felt like we were having a conversation with a friend.
We also loved the stop for food!!
The highlight for the kids and the “big” kids was the River swim. They loved jumping from a rope swing and jumping into the river. Angel and Annie kept it fun for the kids and encouraged everyone to relax and enjoy. They were fabulous about getting us back to the ship on time. I highly recommend them and would love to go back and do another tour with them.
