i bought genting hghland tour with theme park entry in agoda and asni was the service provider.
apr 10 i contacted asni via whatsapp to confirm my trip on apr 12. i received confirmation.
apr 12 asni did not whatsapp car plate number and driver contact
apr12 09:30, driver arrived 30mins late from my hotel pick up point
apr 12 11:30 theme park refuse to issue entry ticket since asni did not contact them. the staff of theme park called agoda, asni without picku
apr12:30 asni contact me via whatsapp and mention they shared the ticket via viator. but in agoda confiration email and my whatsapp conversation with asni they never mentioned viator.
i came back disappointed and found viator sent me theme park ticket at 06:45, apr 12.
what the hell to expect someone will check email at early morning when the tour start at 09:00 apr 12
