Brochure: every 30-45 minutes…. In fact way over an hour! Kirk was hilarious and well informative! His bus Betsy did a good job. The second bus had broken seats on the top deck. Other driver spoke too fast. Could not identify the “Deluxe” part of their services.

Getting around the city and the tour was great, love it. we saw a lot of things and learned a lot. Was just fun to ride around we got off a few places and was able to get back on and totally enjoyed the ride.

Bought a day ticket for this excursion thinking that it would be like the hop on hop off buses in other cities with recorded tour guide using earphones. Got on the bus and first thing we noticed was no earphone then we noticed how badly maintained the bus was.
Our next disappointment was that the driver was the tour guide and it went downhill from there.
We used two different tour buses during our stay with the second driver being far worse than the first.
Both drivers thought they were funny and shouted commentary throughout with their own personal take on things. Neither of them gave us any useful information which we could use to plan where we wanted to get off and explore.
Both claimed that certain people/places on the route were their ‘ex-wives’. Totally incredible lies. Both has irritating voices and shouted the commentary which was incomprehensible and impossible to understand.
Please go back to professional commentary’s with consistent useful information. I’m sure those who didn’t speak or understand English had a worse experience than us!
Please update and maintain your buses properly, your tours are not cheap and surely customers deserve a comfortable journey.
The only saving grace was that we didn’t buy the two day ticket and instead already chose to use other modes of transport during our stay. Would definitely not recommend this tour

Robert, our guide, was so informative telling us bits and pieces of the history of San Francisco. Plus the music he played to enhance our experience was so delightful. I most definitely will be taking this bus tour again!

While the bus itself was a bit of a wreck the guide, Willie, was great. Really hilarious and very knowledgeable. He made it all worthwhile.

Husband and I took the hop on/hop off tour starting at Union Square. Bought the ticket at the square from a guy in a red jacket who immediately came down to $40pp. Sat upstairs which was a better vantage point but absolutely freezing cold. Crossing the Golden Gate bridge up there was brutally cold. Too windy. We rode downstairs coming back and could not see out the windows. Much depends on the tour guide. If you get a comedian, you want to hop off while it's still moving. If you get a good guide who tells you about the city it is tolerable. Do NOT use the porta-potties at the H. Dana Bowers Rest Area at the north end of the bridge. Vile, unclean, unhealthy facilities. I'm still not over it.

This company sold us its tour and did not warn us that the last buses were at 4 p.m., even though we had purchased the tour at 1 p.m. Also no indication on their flyer.
As a result, as we stopped at Fisherman's Wharf 10 minutes after our departure, we were not able to see the whole of the city.
It's very expensive to only see 3 stops on the tour.
In addition, their bus is absolutely not luxury, they are old buses without headphones and it is the driver who makes the comments in English. An application to manage yourself is however available to get the tour in your language.
A little transparency on schedules would have been welcome. A lot of us waited for a bus for nothing, until we called their number which told us that the last bus was at 4 p.m.…

I just wish I had gone to the wharf first before getting on the next bus. Another suggestion would be doing the trip in reverse as I would have liked to go back to the wharf but didn’t have time to go back all around the whole lap again as it takes hours!!!
