The temple and settlement at Segesta were amazing, Emanuele pointed out places of interest along the way and went out of his way to find somewhere for us to have lunch in Erice (a beautiful place). We have prior knowledge of salt pans so the time spent there was enough for us and Emanuele was great at explaining them.

First of all want to mention that this trip is well planed, allows enough time for visiting all attractions and has great staff!
Our drivers made a big difference as they were excellent, knowledgeable and accommodating. I will take this trip again without thinking!

A great day trip from Palermo. Easy to meet, comfortable coach and three easy stops. Guide provided info enroute and meeting points, bus as expected did not join into the sites. A good thing as it’s not really needed. All three are great to see and the drive out was very scenic. A great way to get out of Palermo.

All three stops were wonderful. The town or Erice a jewel and the views breathtaking . The Temple at Segesta was also
So amazing. Really recommend the tour. I was only surprised there was no tour guide just the driver but I actually liked that better .

They never picked me up, and refused to refund my Viatour ticket. Their WhatsApp number is useless: they do not answer the phone, and texts maybe/might get an automated reply — but no human response. I waited an hour for a “pickup at 8” despite them confirming my pickup by email - and they didn’t show up.

The tour was supposed to be a guided tour with an English speaking guide. There was no guide and our driver had no English at all.
There was not enough time at the first two stops and too long at the third stop.
Our driver was talking on his phone and taking photos with his phone as were driving on a very steep and winding road, that was exciting.

Be ready for climbing steep hills, on the hot day it is very challenging even for a healthy person. Consider your general health before booking. Erice is whole different game- beautiful ancient
town with very expensive food and steep and extremley slipery streets. Be mindful of your footwear. Make sure sole is nonslipery. I have seen a child and a couple fell amd get hurt. Take your time when walking. My wife slipped several times.

The tour has positive and negative points. In short, it's worth it for Erice, it's a beautiful, graceful and historic medieval commune.
The company only transports you to places, don't wait for a guide or anything like that. They will only drop you off at the locations and give you time to wander around. Segesta is a cool stop, the temple is cool and the view is very beautiful. You must pay the entrance fee when arriving at the site. The site's tourism needs to be reviewed, information, structures, bathrooms and transport to the maximum theater need to be improved. The stop at the salt plain is unnecessary, it could be a stop just for the bathroom and that's it. Erice is incredible, the view when going up there is beautiful, its streets, alleys, churches and houses are very charming and well preserved. You could have more time there to stroll and have a leisurely lunch. There is no entry fee required, but if you want to access the monasteries and churches, a fee is paid separately.

A Truly great experience, Silvio was wonderful, everything was clearly explained (as far as logistics which is important when on a multiple location excursion). Only thing I would tell differently is that if you choose to walk up the mountain to the amphitheater it’s 25min, not 15 (we are fit people and this was pretty tough especially in the heat). So take the shuttle if you don’t want to tough it out like we did. And … wear sensible shoes!! we were so happy to have our good walking shoes on! FYI Erice is also massively uphill!
