This is a non touristy experience - Sushi making lesson and exclusive tour for private group.
We meet at Tsukiji fish market then explore to buy fresh tuna meat.
Participant will learn the process how tuna comes from ports all over japan to dish finally. Then we come back to our kitchen studio in Heiwajima. You will see the local lifestyle also.

-preparation of sushi using kelp
-8 basic steps of nigiri sushi
