Overall it was nice, but the morning too way to long. We were meet up at 8:40 and by the time we got to Cozumel and actually headed out to snorkel it was 12pm I think they wasted a lot of time “organizing things.” Also, we had to pay a “docking fee” of like $6?? And to us, That was just a way for them to get extra money out of us. We even overheard them charging a hire docking fee to the people who don’t speak Spanish. But I guess that’s Mexico for you. You always know people try to take advantage of you. Lunch was okay, at least they provided something. And once out on the boat it was nice. Our crew was super fun and the locations to snorkel was nice, we saw a lot of fish. The restaurant afterwards was pretty good.
But I was pretty disappointed that they don’t take you back to the main plaza at the end. They just let you go from there restaurant and the ferry is a taxi ride or 40 minute walk away. Would have been nice to be at least dropped back off to the main part of Cozumel.
Overall it was an ok experience. I think if we came back we’d try someone else who would work faster because the morning took way to long and I think our snorkeling time was cut short because of that.
