As this was my first trip to Colombia, I splurged and requested a Mercedes. It was a good choice. I located my initial contact outside the international arrival hall and she escorted me to the vehicle. Marlio, my driver, had a professional appearance and both he and the vehicle were in excellent shape. It was a comfortable ride (of course) and Marlio was attentive to my comfort and provided a pleasant drive, peppered with commentary and insights about the city.

Marlio and the Mercedes will be on my itinerary on my return trip to Bogota.

Marlio, my driver, had a very professional appearance and demeanor. His Mercedes was immaculate and, of course, comfortable and classy.

Worst service ever. Transport arrived 30 minutes later. When we arrived at the final destination, the chauffeur asked about payment and how we would pay him. We told him that the service was already paid. He then called his company office and after 20 minutes on the phone, he got confirmation of payment!! I do not recommend this company.

I had a stressful experience with this company. I contacted them several times via Whatsapp to confirm my booking, but the staff told me several times that they didn't have any record of my booking. I also contacted them via Viator but nobody answered. Until the same day that finally someone (el jefe) sent me the driver details (name, plate number). But on the last minute they changed again the driver details to someone else.
