Booked this trip 3 weeks in advance to do during our cruise. Received the itinerary but there was no meeting time or drop off time given, which made it hard to know if it would match up to the cruise arrival/departure. Contacted the booking agent twice to resolve this and was told the vendor (Next Experience) would provide the necessary details within a few hours. Never heard back - twice. Had to cancel.

Rosa was an amazing tour guide! She took care of everything for us and was very knowledgeable. The only thing we did not like about this tour was how long it took to walk down the extremely long pier and then another 15 min to where the tour began. Its a long walk with small children.

Brand new vans to take you around .Mayan family visit -food was really great ...hospitality with this company exceptional .There are no words to explain the beautiful lake went out kayaking the color of the water was so unbelievable...Best day Jim& Lucia
