We contacted this company to organize a hot air balloon flight in Cappadocia on 08/22/2023.
We clarified in advance about the flight route, time and altitude of the balloon's flight from manager Zarina. As a result, the Agency took full payment for the flight, which is quite 140 euros per person, and instead of the stated hour of flight over the valleys and Goreme, we simply took off, circled for 40 minutes in one place over some ATV parking lot and a road, and landed 200 meters from the point rise.
Having contacted the agency for an explanation and a refund for the disrupted flight, we received an answer that everything was fine, it happens and other nonsense. 165 Balloons that took off with us flew along the route, but ours did not. In fact, the Agency bought a cheap flight from the owner of the balloon and are simply scammers. The declared flight was not carried out, the money was not even partially returned. They did not consider it necessary to resolve the situation through any compromise. Simply pointing out that they cannot return the money and that’s it.
Feeling their impunity from foreigners, they believe that they can deceive people and not bear responsibility for their poorly provided services. The mood and impressions of Cappadocia were spoiled.
I recommend not to deal with these scammers.

It was a great experince. You should put it in your bucket list. But keep in mind even in the hot summer mornings it can be cold, so dont forget to take something warm with you. Thnx bunch to the owner of agency, Mehmet, for his close interest and help.
