Had a fabulous time learning about old San Juan and leaning the intricate process of run making during the Bacardi Rum Distillery tour. Roger and Will from Bacardi were energetic, entertaining and full of knowledge!

I would have liked more history on Old San Juan but I trip also started late due to the other guests being late but it was informative.
The bacardi tour was nice. The history of the founder, family, rum and distillery was interesting. The free drink at the beginning is limited to three drinks - mojito, daiquiri and bacardi ocho on the rocks. Other drinks could be purchased for $12 to $14. The frozen daiquiri and pina colado were not ready for the morning tour. The guide did not provide water as advertised.

I apologize I do bot remember the tour guides name but he was very knowledgeable. This was my second tune visiting Puerto Rico , the first time i did the self guided tour but this tour was the best and i would recommend to all visitors.
My only suggestion is that the tour company give a better description or land mark for the meeting place for out of town people.
The Barcadi town was Awesome. Ittzy was very very informative and deserves being honored.

This tour was worth every dime & more! From the amazingly knowledgeable friendly tour guides, both shuttle driver & Bacardi guide. The bar tenders were friendly & fun, and the grounds are SO BEAUTIFUL!! Old San Juan tour was so interesting and wouldn’t have been as enjoyable, if it weren’t for our tour guide. Thank you for making our 2yr Anniversary Honeymoon trip, one we’ll NEVER forget!

The rum distillery tour was wonderful. They were very friendly at Bacardí! The welcome drinks were delicious & well made. We purchased tapas at their stand & WOW! We had the mini alcapurrias & the tostones with crab cups. Delicious!! Our tour guide Christian was informative & funny!
The Old San Juan part of our tour was okay. We were kind of put off at the end. The driver didn’t even acknowledge us as we departed. He was too interested in trying to get the other couple to book a tour with him to the rain forest. We didn’t even get a goodbye.

It was an amazing way to see San Juan and learn about the History of the Island. Our guide Harry was extremely detailed with the history and very patient with our group. The Bacardi Distillery was fascinating with all the history and the details that go into making the many types of Rum. I would highly recommend using a tour virus driving yourself. The traffic is crazy and you can focus in on sightseeing.

Ended up missing the Old San Juan portion of the tour because we underestimated how terrible the parking situation in San Juan was.

Harry called to see where we were & was nice enough to come back to the plaza after the Old San Juan portion with the rest of the group to take us to the Casa Bacardí part of the tour. I really appreciated that. I was ready to count my losses and just drive there myself and pay again.

When I come back to Puerto Rico, I’ll definitely book the Old San Juan tour with this company.
