Very fast to collect, it only works for Ilha Grande, the transfers to Buzios are outsourced to another company, (IN BUZIOS) so in the shared transfer connections at the airport there are delays (in my case 2 hours) to connect with the other company and gather the necessary passengers to fill the bus.
My last transfer was shared from an Airbnb in front of Praia Grande (Arraial do Cabo > Rio Ipanema), when purchasing the service they sell you door to door but then the Buzios receptive only picks up people in hotels, so I have to walk with my luggage 3 blocks to take the Transfer.
Not only that, the schedule was “to be agreed upon” and they only offered to pick you up at 7 am in Arraial.
The same in the drop off in Rio, it is in another Airbnb and they leave us at a hotel a couple of blocks away, since the voucher that they themselves issue at the time of sale are the locations that one informs. At the time of the sale they never inform you of these details, and the reality is that I bought a door-to-door service, I did not choose to pay 200 reais more to carry suitcases uphill in Rio.
