I hired the TOP Transfer service for transport from Galeão airport to the Flamengo neighborhood. When closing the deal, they sent me a photo of the van and said they were trustworthy and were the most rated company on Google and Tripadvisor. They told me the price and asked for details (flight, names, luggage, etc.). After payment, they sent new information about the maximum waiting period for the van. In other words, pay attention, as they only inform you after payment has been made. I was calm, as I had contracted to transport passengers on a flight. However, on the day the flight arrived on time but customs and baggage delivery took additional time. The van was not at the location at the maximum time claimed by Top Transfer, it arrived a little late, I asked the driver to wait a few more minutes as people were getting out and he said he was following orders, which he could not guarantee. At this moment, my friends who were elderly and had limited mobility arrived, but they had to take the elevator because Top Transfer doesn't pick people up at disembarkation, but at boarding. When we managed to arrive, my wife ran after the van, but he left us at the airport. That's why I don't recommend this company, as they have no commitment to people, their objective is to receive money. It was a very bad experience staying at the airport with 6 elderly foreign people, suitcases and having to find a new transportation solution. What was supposed to be a peaceful arrival turned into chaos thanks to TOP Transfer. Two days later they still send me a message asking for my details, warning me that my transport date will still arrive. They are very disorganized.
