Es war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk von meiner Freundin die auf Mallorca wohnt.
Der unfreundliche Skipper wollte uns zwingen eine fremde Person mitzunehmen, wir aber haben es für uns 2 gebucht.
Dann kam zuhause die große Enttäuschung, wir haben für 25€ die sd karte mit videos und fotos gekauft, leider nicht unsere. Es war ein anderes Pärchen darauf. Wir wollten eine schöne Erinnerung von einem gehofften schönen Erlebnis haben. Sehr schade! ☹️ wir haben ein Foto angefügt, vielleicht sucht jemand sein Video und vielleicht hat jemand unsere sd Karte erhalten!

We called the organization of Life & Sea El Arenal in advance to ask whether our two children (13 and 15) could fly together. No, is the answer, it must be accompanied by an adult. Can I, as a parent, go on board as stated on the website (25 euros) and let them fly together. No, you have to book 3 tickets of 55 euros per person because the captain decides on the day itself whether you can come without flying. So you have to buy a ticket. If you do not do this and book a ticket only for the children, the trip will not take place if it turns out on the day itself that there is no place to sail for 25 euros. Okay, that's it. If I book 3 tickets for 55 euros, can I be guaranteed that the three of my children and I can go on 1 flight at the same time? No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that, is the answer. Very special and not booked.

I had a bad experience with you. I read all the policies and rules of the tour and nowhere was it written cell phone restrictions to photograph. They forced us to leave it locked before leaving for the tour, and then, already on the high seas, they offered us the photo service for €25 via which we were forced to pay to record the experience and in the end, the memory card came empty!!! Your all are dishonest!!!!

Don't understand the bad reviews, I had a great time. We were picked up on time and the parasailing itself was awesome and made accessible even as a first timer. Only bad thing was that you can't take your phone amd they charge 25 euros for an SD card which contains the pictures

It’s an amazing experience! I truly appreciate their staff, named Virginia. We can’t speak Spanish & just know a bit of English. Virginia is super patient in explaining the full arrangement! Letting us know the right location. She is so kind. My family, 2 adults & 3 kids enjoyed so much of Parasailing experience.

We came 2 times (on monday and tuesday), and the activity has been cancelled because of wint.
On monday there where too much wint and on tuesday there were not enough wint 😌
I am waiting for the refund.
Yet, the host was very polite and hospitable.

The parasailing which was supposed to happen yesterday never took place because of technical difficulties with the boat. The problems with the boat were already known to the tour operator Life & Sea (they told me) two days ago, so one day before Viator allowed me to book a trip and pay €100 by credit card yesterday. No one called me to inform me that the trip was not possible although I had to leave my mobile phone number af the time of booking. Because of this, I walked two kilometres both ways at 35 degrees Celcius with my two children to find out that I booked a trip for nothing. I was offered the same trip on another day or another experience but we were not interested. A refund was possible Life & Sea said but I had to send an email to Viator and it could take up to seven days. I think this is a very bad service for several reasons: 1) because of bad communication between Viator and Life & Sea I could book and pay for an experience thay could not be delivered; 2) I was not informed by email or mobile phone in advance that that the experience was cancelled; 3) I did not get my money back immediately although I paid online and directly at the time of booking; 4) one day later I am still waiting for the confirmation that I will get my money back; 5) instead today I got a text message on my mobile phone asking: “how was your experience?”. Well, this is the answer.
