Terrible experience!
We had booked the hot air balloon ride and a tour to follow in various stages of Cappadocia, with advance payment.
We were scheduled to be picked up at our hotel at 5:00 in the morning. We woke up early to no avail as no one showed up.
We tried to contact them to no avail both before and after, but always without success.
We have applied for a refund and are waiting.
Absolutely avoid!

GHOST AGENCY! we had booked the hot air balloon ride plus a tour of some places in Cappadocia with our friends and they never came to pick us up at the hotel! I personally tried to get in touch with them for an in-house day and they never responded! SHAME

Not recommended! We had everything booked even with the hotel pick up at 05.00 in the morning, no one showed up!!! We missed the chance to have our experience and were never contacted, we made 30 calls (all unanswered).
They didn't even make themselves heard the following days, they disappeared! Shame!
