We arranged a private transport so we would have no stress bartering a cab when arriving at the international airport, unfortunately their was no-one there to meet us, we had the airport make announcement on PA without luck, they then tried to contact driver who informed them they had tried to contact us what's up? We had missed calls. He basically didn't bother hanging around which increased stress, we will be asking for a full refund, will avoid using viator in future.

Excellent driver, Gede met us at the Airport as expected and transported us to our hotel. He communicated prior to our pick up and let us know what to expect so we were prepared upon arrival. We then arranged with him to help with a couple other places we had obligations to be and he was very helpful and arrived early making certain we were on time. I would certainly recommend Gede as a tour guide or driver based on our personal experience.
