The boat ride was very lovely and beautiful. The captain and the co-captain were amazing and super friendly. They made us some delicious cocktails and snacks. They also took amazing pictures for us and gave us some good history lesson. They further recommended nice restaurants and activities for us to do. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful !!

We had booked a trip for 4 people on a sailboat. An hour or so before, Ricardo called and said that due to the weather, they would recommend booking the yacht instead, as it would have better rain protection. And boy, were we glad we did! It was pouring heavily at the start of the trip. But a smiling Claudio met us and we had a great time with him and the young captain (dont remember his name) on board. Very relaxing, nice drinks, snacks and music. We were mostly inside, but it was still a really enjoyable trip. We thank them again, for changing the boat on short notice, very thoughtful and clear that they put their customers first.

All perfect the staff are really nice they explain you all the historical things about Porto ! I loved the tour thanks to everyone to make this experience being special !

My captain was very cool the whole time. Made good conversation with us. Told us about the port and and thr river. The wine was also good.

Definitely activity to recommend. The Douro Captain team met us at the port as we were grettes in the boat with a nice drink. The guys are really making you feel great while they explain the surroundings and history of Porto. The boat is well maintained and ver welcoming with sunbeds in the front. But the best part is the customer service. We will be ringing them up again on our next trip to Porto!
