The transportation set up from the airport was perfect, the communication and texts they sent made it so easy. They even sent a picture of the driver and the sign that he would be holding to make it easy for us to find them. The price was very reasonable for how far the resort was from the airport as well. All the same applied to the ride home as well.
Excellent service. I will definitely keep you in mind next time we are in Cancun and pass on your information for anyone coming your way. The booking and all communication along the way was easy. Thank you again☺️

We've used several "limo" services in the past but this one is the best so far... very prompt and absolutely excellent at keeping in touch with customers. WhatsApp messages from booking, then as we touched down, and for pickup. Highly recommended.

Every poor review experience that you will read here happened to us and more. I accidentally booked CanaDian Transfers instead of Canada Transfers. I confirmed and reconfirmed the pickup date and time three times before our flight because I was nervous about this company. They assured me everything was set and ready. Low and behold, nobody was there to pick us up. I got in contact with a representative of the company via phone. He told me that they had us scheduled for a different date. After 10 minutes of talking with him and calling him out on his lies, I spoke to a nice woman who got everything squared away. We were in a van within the next 30 minutes or so. However, the transmission blew about 45 minutes into our drive (halfway to our hotel), filling the van with smoke. We were stuck on the side of the highway for another 45 minutes before another driver picked us up. I asked for a refund, and they never got back to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
