I’ve been to this cruise twice already and the service has been amazing! easy and effortless pickup from Hanoi to the harbour, staff is very friendly, they took you to a few sightseeing places with kayaking option at one of them. can always choose to relax on the boat and get a massage if you don’t want to go sightseeing. lots of food being served throughout the day with a 4-course meal for dinner. they also have live music & cooking class in the evening. this time I went when it was raining both days so it wasn’t as nice so make sure to check the weather beforehand. I’d recommend this cruise for those who want a chill and relaxing cruise with options to go sightseeing.

Thuận and Henry the managers were awesome and gave us the best experience that i ever had. Also, the employees there were all amazing. Highly recommended to anyone who is traveling to ha long and wants to stay over night on a cruise.

Wonderful experience for family with children. The staff is extremely friendly, tentative, and professional. They also provide us with some insights in various attractions. Food is great! And of course, the sights are breathtaking. Would recommend 100/100.

The experience was spectacular!! The views of the mountains and caves were amazing. There was never a dull moment, there were always activities provided including boating, hiking, squid fishing, live music performances and lounging with drinks. I highly recommend its to families and anyone wanting to have the experience of a lifetime!

I came to drink Thai Tea, I learned Tai Chi. Five Stars. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. All of the staff were so lovely and sweet, and treated us so well! I had a great time doing all of the activities. I'm happy there were so many to do. The singers were very talented and fun!
