When we decided to visit Vietnam, the first thing we booked was this cruise. We decided to do the 2 night, 3 day tour right at the end of our trip as we thought it would be the perfect way to end our holiday - and we were right!

A friend recommended Paradise cruises to me, specifically the Paradise Elegance. The boat was beautiful, with clean and luxurious cabins and a great balcony looking out into the bay. The jacuzzi on the top deck was also very much worth a visit!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they really couldn’t do enough for you. Lunch on the first day was a generous buffet, and the western style dinner on night 1 was excellent.

The excursions on the first day were good fun but most tour companies in Ha Long Bay go to the same destinations - obviously this is out of the control of Paradise cruises but Titov Island was fairly crowded, but it was still lovely to go for a dip there.

On the second day, we went out on the Paradise Explorer boat to a traditional fishing village and one of the oldest caves in Ha Long Bay. This day really set this cruise apart - I believe we visited in the off season, but it felt as though we had the whole bay to ourselves, with way fewer tourist boats.

We had to transfer to the Paradise Peak boat for our second night due to a booking complication - this boat was also very nice but we did prefer the Elegance as it was bigger and more modern.

Lunch and dinner, again, on the second day were fantastic - would really recommend the beef!

Make sure you take advantage of their happy hour too, 5.30-6.30.

Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Ha Long Bay.

From the moment I embarked on my 3-day and 2-night journey with Paradise Cruise, I knew that I'm in for something special. The breathtaking views, the serene ambiance, and the luxurious comfort set the stage for what was to become an unforgettable escape from the everyday hustle.

Her ability to anticipate my needs and ensure my comfort made me feel like royalty.

Equally commendable was EMMAN, my butler, whose impeccable service and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of delight to my cruise. His professionalism and dedication to his work were evident, and his personal touches did not go unnoticed.

Every meal was a culinary adventure, each excursion an exploration of paradise, and the overall experience was nothing short of magical. Thanks to BELLE, EMMAN, and the entire crew, I left with cherished memories and a yearning to return.

The company has medium-sized ships. We had booked two nights and were changing to a smaller sister ship the next day. All ships have a small dinghy for docking. The food on the ship was surprisingly good, the drinks were a bit expensive. The cabins were functional and good.

Fantastic cruise. Rooms were very nice and clean on arrival. Food was excellent but the best part was our waiter Nyi who gave the best service! Friendly, polite and professional, ready to
help with anything we need. Would definitely recommend!

What a treat, if you're looking to spoil yourself, Paradise Elegance is definitely the way!
The whole process was smooth, picked up by minivan from our hotel in Hanoi and taken right to the boat.
As we boarded, we were showered with rose petals... how nice is that!
At first we were shown to our table in the dining area (as we had booked the executive balcony, we were seated in the piano bar which was separated from the main dining area). After the safety briefing, we found our room and we were not disappointed, a huge king bed, separate closet area and bathroom.
All of the meals were delicious and plentiful.
There were scheduled excursions each day, which was great.
The jacuzzi on the sundeck was an added bonus and we were entertained the first night by piano duet.
All of the staff were fabulous 😍
Please do yourself a favour and book the 3 day/2 nights, it's so worth it!

Thank you so much to the cruise ship for giving our group a wonderful experience. We were 4 people going to Ha Long Bay for the first time. Thuan was very enthusiastic and helpful.

We spent our time on board the Paradise Elegance 2 in state of comfort. The staff we excellent, friendly and anticipated our needs. The food was amazing and the live music in the evening really helped up relax and enjoy our time on board.

The trips and excursions were also excellent and the staff who also worked as the tour guides were very knowledgeable and excellent English speakers!

Finally we availed of an onboard massage and it was so good we went for a second!
