1. Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral
Your trip will start with a first stop at the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon and you will get to take a lot of photos at this beautiful Church. It is the most impressive cathedral in Vietnam. Modeled on Notre-Dame de Paris and built with materials shipped over from France, the cathedral is the religious center for Vietnam’s 6.2 million Catholics.
2. Central Post Office
The next stop is at Saigon Central Post Office. It is one of the most iconic Instagrammable destinations in Ho Chi Minh City. With the charming colonial architecture and ornate decorations, it's a perfect spot for your social media photos. Moreover, it is a beautiful remnant of Vietnam’s complicated past. If you’re looking for an Instagrammable spot with the amazing architecture, this is definitely the place to do it.
3. Tan Dinh Church
Tan Dinh Church or the famous PINK Church is one of the most underrated sights in the city. Its intense color is hard to miss, and the interior is equally as stunning. During Tan Dinh’s 1929 reconstruction, wealthy parishioner Francois Haasz and his Vietnamese wife generously decorated the inside with Italian marble, creating a rich, elegant feel. To add a historical dimension to Tan Dinh, the founder of the church, Father Donatien Eveillard, is buried beneath the nave.
4. Ho Chi Minh City Museum
On the next destination, we'll take you to a Hidden Weapons Bunker that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in Saigon. You will be able to pick up and checkout actual weapons that were used during the Vietnam war.
5. Ho Chi Minh Squares
The City Hall is an architectural masterpiece completed in 1908 and still functions as a government office, so you cannot go inside. Yet you can appreciate the beauty of the structure from the outside as it looms at the north end of the pedestrian street, Nguyen Hue. The cream and yellow structure get lit up with floodlights come nighttime and is a spectacular sight, also a perfect spot for Instagram photos during the day.
6. Bitexco Financial Tower
Get a perfect view of the Bitexco Financial Tower while walking on Nguyen Hue Street and it's definitely an Instagramable spot.
7. Phap Viện Minh Dang Quang
Minh Dang Quang Pagoda is one of the largest temples in Ho Chi Minh City, established by the Mendicant Buddhist Order, one of the biggest Buddhist sects in southern Vietnam. The central octagon-shaped temple topped with a lotus flower was designed in traditional Chinese architectural style.

12. Cu Chi Tunnels
The tunnels of Củ Chi are an immense network of connecting tunnels located in the Củ Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and are part of a much larger network of tunnels that underlie much of the country. The Củ Chi tunnels were the location of several military campaigns during the Vietnam War, and were the Viet Cong's base of operations for the Tết Offensive in 1968.
13. War Remnants Museum
The War Remnants Museum is a war museum at 28 Vo Van Tan, in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It contains exhibits relating to the First Indochina War and the Vietnam War.
14. Bitexco Financial Tower
Bitexco Financial Tower is a skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At its completion in 2010, it became the tallest building in Vietnam and kept this status until January 2011, when it was surpassed by Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower. With 68 floors above ground and three basements, the building has a height of 262.5 metres, making it the second tallest building in the city, fifth tallest in Vietnam, and the 263rd tallest in the world, as of the beginning of 2018.
15. Ben Thanh Market
Bến Thành Market is located in the center of Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam in District 1. The market is one of the earliest surviving structures in Saigon and an important symbol of the city. Ben Thanh Market is a famous destination for many local and foreign tourists from all around the world. The market operates all year round and opens at around 6am} every day until the official closing time at 6pm.
16. People's Committee Building
Ho Chi Minh City Hall or Saigon City Hall or Hôtel de Ville de Saïgon was built in 1902–1908 in a French colonial style for the then city of Saigon. It was renamed after 1975 as Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. Although this elegant colonial building is not open to the public, Saigon City Hall is popular for its great photo opportunities. Tourists can take photographs outside and many people choose to do this at night when the building and its grounds are lit up
17. Ho Chi Minh City Museum
Gia Long Palace, now officially the Hồ Chí Minh City Museum is a historical site and museum in Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam. The museum is situated at the corner of Lý Tự Trọng and Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa streets, located on 2 hectares of land, near the Independence Palace.
18. Dam Sen Water Park
Dam Sen Cultural Park is an amusement park located in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The park has an area of 50 hectares, of which 20% comprises lakes and 60% trees and gardens.
19. Saigon Skydeck

20. Emperor Jade Pagoda
The Jade Emperor Pagoda is a Taoist pagoda located at 73 Mai Thi Luu Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was built by the Chinese community in 1909. It is also known from 1984 by the new Chinese name Phước Hải Tự, and as the Tortoise Pagoda. U.S. President Barack Obama paid a visit to the pagoda during his state trip to Vietnam on 22 May 2016.
21. Tan Dinh Church
Tân Định church is a Roman Catholic church in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Its formal name is the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Even though it's in District 3, the parish shares its name with neighbouring District 1's Tân Định Ward. It was built during the French colonial period in the 1870s and completed on 16 December 1876, when Vietnam was part of French Indochina.

Our tour guide was assertive, communicating well, and most of all had a lot of energy. We felt like the chosen itinerary was exactly what we needed to experience. We visited a lot of places in Ho Chi Minh including a side trip to the market to shop. We stopped and able to get inside St Anthony cathedral ( which wasn’t part of the itinerary). In our Asia tour we’ve visited places of worship for Buddhist, Hindu and Islam on 4 countries, finally had an opportunity to get into a Catholic Church which was rare. Wonderful tour of Ho Chi Minh City. I loved when our tour guide took us to a local coffee shop and then later to a Michelin rated chicken pho restaurant. Our tour guide Tina help us get awesome photos of us touring the city. She was really cool. This tour service is very professional. The car was nice and air conditioned which helps keeps us refreshed while touring this warm, humid city.

This tour was a perfect substitution for those boring cruise excursions. Our guide was friendly knowledgeable and modified our itinerary as the day progressed to fit our desires. We ended the day with amazing photos and knowledge of the city. Bao also kept us full! We stopped at three places for food, drinks snacks etc.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

I decided to book this tour since my time was limited in HCMC. There were so many things that I wanted to see and do so I did a bus tour on my first day, then ordered a Grab from place to place the second day to visit all of these other landmarks. I saved the more popular destinations for last because I arrived on a weekend when all of these places were reportedly more busy. I found this tour which included all of the landmarks that I hadn't visited yet.

I was browsing through tours on TripAdvisor and stumbled on this one. It was 4x the price compared to all the other tours but I took a chance. I was planning to go alone because my brother was doing business in Vietnam but when I went to book, $70 was added to the total price without explanation. So, I went to the ForeverVacations website and saw that they add a $70 surcharge for solo travelers. The total for a solo traveler was $189, whereas if you had more than one person the price was $129 EACH. I really disagree with this practice because of all of the solo travelers that visit the area. Not all solo travelers are able to make friends, some don't want to, and some just can't spend this kind of money so you're really just limiting the amount of exposure your tour is getting. That's the only reason why I'm docking the points.

With that being said, this is the BEST tour I've ever been on. It's private so you're getting the guide's undivided attention and you don't have 20 people asking a bunch of questions. They picked me up at my hotel and made sure I had a fresh, cold bottle of water as soon as I got in the car with A/C. I feel like we spent an adequate amount of time at all of the stops and learned so much about each place. Phúc was the driver and Bao was the guide. Both of the guys were amazing! It was handy to have Phúc because when we were done with a spot he could just pick us up instead of us having to walk to a car if it was just one person driving and guiding.

Bao was absolutely amazing! He made sure to get some great pictures of me. I'm really grateful for this because I hate selfies and I feel like plastering your face in front of a landmark will ruin the overall aesthetic. Now, I have all of these amazing candid pictures of me in all the places I visited in HCMC. This is especially valuable to me because my Dad has dementia and if I get it one day, then I'll have these photos as reminders of all of the beautiful places I've been.

Thanks ForeverVacations! Get rid of the solo traveler fee.

We had an amazing day and enjoyed every second with our guide Anna! This trip is 5 stars and 10/10! Will recommend to all my friends. Not only dod we get amazing pictures we also learnt a lot about Ho Chi Minh and we got to experience a lot of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

So much fun doing this tour with Duong. He is fun and very knowledgable. He's so good at finding the hidden places where no tourist knows about for us to explore, we loved District 1 area where we could walk through all the small hidden streets, really neat and it was really special. Thanks so much the ForeverVacation team and Duong for giving us such an amazing tour. We'll sure to recommend this tour to all of our friends and families back home.

We had a great day seeing the sights of Ho Chi Minh City with Anna. As well as some of the usual tourist sites an unexpected highlight was the salted coconut coffee. It's the new big thing apparently. Lots of love and laughs
