We went off season so there were no tournaments but our guide gave us an exclusive vip experience. We really appreciated learning the spiritual aspects. Shin was very entertaining and we had a great time

We've been so lucky to meet Ken, he is amazing! He introduced us in the sumo culture with also a training with a sumo teacher! Super unexpected experience! Recommended!!!

Ken and Shin were very friendly and knowledgeable instructors. We had so much fun learning some basic sumo moves and understanding more about the history of sumo culture. I would highly recommend this experience.

We are so lucky to have the opportunity to watch a special retirement ceremony for a famous sumo wrestler. Our tour guide Shin San explained well to us about the sumo basics. We really enjoyed the wonderful experience today. Thank you Shin San!

Absolutely superb experience and totally worth it. The Host is awesome and really knows his way around. He is well connected and integrated in that world. Depending on the tournament schedule there might be slight variations in the tour, but the Host will inform you about thos changes beforehand

Really interesting to discover Sumo culture, but not only,we visited a place without other tourists and learn a lot of things about Japanese culture. Ken is real passionate about culture and we feel it, it's even more interesting like that! Sadly we cannot attend the Sumo tournament. Thanks to Ken I also had the chance to discover a sword seller!

I went on the tour solo and I was paired up with a wonderful family from Greece. Our tour guide, Kenneth, is very passionate about Sumo culture. He loves sharing information about the culture, but especially the spirit of Sumo culture. He made sure that everyone was enjoying the experience. Our tour was scheduled at a time when most sumo wrestlers were off at a large tournament, but Kenneth was able to arrange for a sumo wrestler to spend time with us. We each got to do some wrestling and they managed to balance safety, fun, challenge, and authenticity. I think we all really enjoyed it. The sumo wrestler couldn't have been nicer. We then visited many locations that were special and important to sumo. Thanks for a great experience.
