AMAZING! Our 1 night cruise on Ha Long Bay was simply amazing right from pick up from our hotel to arrival at the boat to our delicious meals. Can't say enough how awesome the staff were and how special we were all made to feel. We were catered to and spoiled all day long. The good was so good, just enjoyed every bite. The excursions to ride in sampans where we were rowed around a small bay and to kayaking was great. All rooms have huge windows to enjoy the view of the limestone formations while lying in bed. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff were incredible. Just the nicest and very professional. I wish we had booked the 2 night cruise as ours was over way too fast. You can't go wrong with this luxury cruise and the warm and friendly staff.

Spending the day exploring and cruising around the Ha Long Bay Islands is enough of a Wow experience but sleeping on the boat among them, watching the Sun set and rise is an experience not to be missed. An experience made even better by the crew of the Genesis Regal who were outstanding. Tony, our host, was engaging and entertaining as he educated us about the islands and organised us and the other guests into our various scheduled activities.
All activities were enjoyable and there was also plenty of time for some personal R&R.
The rooms were another Wow factor. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and views from every aspect including the bathtub (yes, there was a tub in the room) and the toilet.
The included meals were fabulous with non meat eaters being well catered for and there was an endless supply of complimentary bottled water available.
A special mention goes to the fire twirling cocktail waiter who wowed us with his talents in the evening and the early morning Tai Chi instructor who gave us energy and focus to take on the new day.
Our only complaint was that the pillows on the bed could have been softer and our only regret was that we didn’t book the 2 night cruise.
I highly recommend Genesis Regal and hope to have the opportunity to cruise with them again.

Seamless hotel transfer from Hanoi to cruise centre. We opted for a 3 days 2 nights cruise in order to do more activities, which included a visit on a speed boat to Cat Ba island. The secluded village on the Cat Ba island was an exceptional experience with scenic views as we rode on bicycles. We also visited a private beach for a swim with spectacular views. When it got too hot, they even suggested we moved to another area to swim more comfortably.
Special thanks to our tour guides Vinny and Toan as they were very meticulous, helpful and thoughtful in ensuring we are well taken care of throughout.
Our stay was made memorable with the crew.

I booked this trip a couple of days ago as it has only good reviews. My booking never got confirmed or cancelled even though it was supposed to happen today morning. They charged the money on my account and no service at all!!
As well I couldn't book an other service as I had no idea if they will pick us up or not! Avoid this company as far as you can!

This was our 1st trip to hanoi and halong by. was a memorable one. especially this cruise. The room were facing the sea. good view with balcony. Friendly staff. especially the guide (Alex). Many activities to keep you busy same time thy wont force you. The meals were superb. The bar tender show is something you should not miss. will surely recommend and go again.

It was the first time we went on a cruise with my elderly parents and the time spent on Genesis was nothing but relaxing, enjoyable and pleasant! Initially we booked for 2 rooms for 6 pax. As a large group cancelled their booking at the last minute, the kind staff offered us an additional room so that 6 of us can have more space with twin sharing. The glass windows in the room provided an excellent view to Halong Bay and the sunset viewed from the deck was mesmerising. I love the bath tub as we are able soak in hot water while admiring Halong Bay. Also, the staff were helpful and attentive to my elderly parents. More importantly, all the meals on board were decadent! We enjoyed all our meals as they were all prepared exquisitely. Also, my 10 year old nephew enjoyed the tour to a local floating house as we get to know about their living habitat and etc. We had plenty of rest and time for photo taking. The staff also did a spring roll cooking demo and we had fun preparing our own spring roll. Also there was a cocktail performance which kept us entertained for awhile. It was a good opportunity for the family to come together without wifi/network disturbance and enjoy the luxury cruise. Thank you once again to all the friendly and helpful crew members who made the trip so awesome for me and my family!

Its my second time I travel to VietNam and my first time I go to Halong Bay. I wish the last time I'm here in VietNam i had taken a visit to the bay. I got to say the scenery, the view is really astounding, the chilly air feels super good to me. And I got good services from Luxury Genesis Regal Cruises. You guys made tasty food, have some interesting activities, the overall plan is well-prepared and have a good man guiding, I remember he introduce his name was Ben. I want to thank Luxury Genesis Regal Cruises for giving me a pretty time and lot of fun in Halong bay

This was our 3rd Halong Bay Cruise, and Luxury Genesis was by far the best! The staff were friendly and entertaining. They made every effort to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. The wanted to ensure that we were all having the best experience possible. The food on the boat was by far the best we've had.
The activities were great and well-planned. We will definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

I took 2 days 1 night with Genesis Regal Cruise. The cruise and staff was so amazing. N the most wonderful thing was the staff who supported me. Ms.Chee who works in the office helped me a lot before and after cruise. She is so kind, easy-going, n lovely. The Cruise was so cool. I enjoyed awesome scenery very well. Thx a millions!
