Everyone in the company was nice and professional. The helicopter pilot was very nice and gave us a lot of interesting information about Etna. It was an experience we will never forget. We can only recommend.

9 girls and two guides spent several hours on this natural wonder. It was a great experience and Claudio and Sebastian were the best guides you could wish for. We were given great advice and information beforehand. This enthusiasm and respect for nature is so admirable and contagious. We will be talking about this experience for a long time. Would highly recommend. It was really easy to organise with Claudio beforehand and we spent a great day with Giuseppe who was super knowledgeable. Of course the scenery and views are amazing but it was all made even better by having such an excellent guide. One word of warning as we learned the hard way - do wear strong sunscreen even if it seems cold and cloudy!

I travel a lot and I am a volcano enthusiast. The tour did not disappoint, on the contrary it was among the best tours that I joined during my lifetime.
My guide was Claudio. He speaks German, Italian and English. He went above and beyond to make the tour memorable. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. When there was a snow storm, he immediately came up with a back-up plan and a different hike. The Etna 3000 tour is pricey but I don't regret spending the money. We got to see the summit, a few craters, had a sheltered lunch sitting on hot lava rock, got to see hot steams and a lava tunnel / cave. Overall it was a fantastic day and one I am going to remember for a very long time! I would book with them again and even do the same tour for a 2nd time.

Claudio showed us the Etna from 3000 meter until we were back at the cable station. We had fantastic views and learned a lot about how eruptions evolve and the history of the Etna itself. There was sufficient time to look at those things that you find beautiful or are curious about. Group size and composition was good. We ended the tour with a visit to a lava cave.
