Excursion in Mallorca by Quad

Can't say I would recommend this company in the slightest, especially for a private tour. We organized a private quad excursion for our group since there were many of us and we wanted to also stop along the tour to enjoy a nice lunch as a group since it was a special occasion. I was in touch with the owner Nawelle for months beforehand, which was painful in itself, as I often had to chase her down for a response or ask the same question multiple times, sometimes receiving different answers. I could could go on about the poor communication all around, but let's skip to the tour:

I received a call the day before informing me that they needed to change the lunch spot as it was going to be "too busy". Not ideal, but ok, they helped to sort a new restaurant reservation (not sure why that wasn't possible to book this place in the first place). Then I received a call from Nawelle at 9 PM the night before the tour saying they only had 8 out of the 12 of the quads we booked due to an unforeseen issue. Obviously I wasn't happy about that and asked her if there was anything else we could do to get the number of quads we booked. She said she thought she can secure 2-3 more quads and would make some calls. I never heard anything from her so I assumed it was sorted, but we showed up the next morning and there were still only 8 quads which we again weren't happy about. Nonetheless we shared the quads and started the tour, which they seemed friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience.

The tour started out fine, Roman the guide seemed friendly, but that quickly changed when we were "falling behind schedule" because we were "going too slow" he said. According to what I planned with Nawelle, we were still very much on time, but then Roman informed that actually our lunch reservation was 30 minutes earlier than we agreed because they had another tour starting at 2 and we needed to get back before then. Keep in mind I had this excursion booked for months and confirmed with Nawelle the timings of everything in writing, so they basically were cutting our tour short to attend to another group without informing us until we were on the tour. We were told when we arrived to lunch that we had 30 minutes to eat lunch (at a nice sit down restaurant) due to needing to get back for another tour. I called Nawelle and told her this was unacceptable and goes against what we agreed upon and after a few phone calls with her and her husband Kevin who took over, they "graciously" let us stay until the previously agreed upon time.

In the end, the excursion itself was ok despite being rushed and all of the stress with the last minute changes and the guide being frustrated the entire time, but the communication and organizational issues really was terrible. I appreciate that organizing a customized tour takes more effort than their standard group tours, but the only modification was to stop for lunch during the tour with our group and hoping for their expertise being locals to recommend somewhere nice that would work, but in the end it was a disaster mostly due to the poor communication.

Very nice varied tour. lasting 3 hours. Bring your own food and/or drinks! Dylan was a very nice, informative guide!!

Fantastic value for money. Comfortable & fast quads, great guide (spoke french and english) and a wonderful route taken.

One of the few activities where we felt the need to tip at the end - thank you so much chaps!

We did quad biking with Mallorquad with a large group and it went so well and it was amazing! The team were so bubbly and friendly and it was the best quad biking experience! They take you to some amazing areas with the most breathtaking views. Definitely recommend! Would love to do it again.

Me and my group of friends went quad-biking with Mallorquad and honestly it was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone who likes outdoor activities. There were 14 of us and their team handled us in the upmost professional and friendly manner. From start to finish - the briefing of health and safety to taking pictures along the way and providing comfort along the trip to ensure no one feels excluded. Their team are absolutely lovely and this is 100% an experience that I will do again once I’m back! I have attached some pictures of the beautiful views they took us to see!

Absolutely amazing experience on the quad bikes. Pedro was a brilliant (and very fun) tour guide - Some perfect sights to see.
11/10 would recommend, my favourite day in Mallorca after a full week.

Pedro is an amazing guide, very welcoming and eager to share some tips regarding what to do and see... from the moment we arrived at hacienda of Mallorquad we knew we are in treat for a cocktail of adrenaline and adventure. Be prepared to be amazed by beautiful sceneries, backroads, and views in hilly area of Andratx. Oh and small heads up, except to get bit dusty you’ll be driving trough light off-road sections after all.
