Hot air balloon flight was amazing, and out tour guide (freelance) was quite good. However, the images and description on the site emphasized the river experience, and river restaurant which were not included. Not was the monastery tour. Instead, after a terrible lunch (not along a river), they took us around to overpriced stores to shop. Not in the description, not what we wanted, and certainly to get kickbacks from the store owners. Book a different tour, and make sure you do a balloon flight.

We booked our tour from USA. Everything went well accept our ballon ride was canceled because of bad weather and we were not informed. Our green tour was amazing.

This was my second time doing this tour and I thoroughly enjoyed our guide, Handan, and seeing the incredible sites again. Handan was informative, fun and very accommodating and our driver, Murat, was excellent as well. Several of the places visited on this tour are quite a ways away from central hotel/pension areas so it is definitely worth the money to be able to check out some really amazing underground and above ground cities. The hike through Ilhara Valley is peaceful and not a strenuous walk (though very dusty!). Overall a great day and a great experience.

Derinkuyu Underground City is amazing and the tourist shops fun to visit. Our tour guide Ayakut( apologies if not spelt right) was an energiser bunny, with amazing insight into symbols and the history of the area. I will forgive him for the hard walks he made us do, simply because the end result was worth it. He was a great guide and the Captain (or Agean I think was the spelling) was a fantastic driver who drove safely and got us where we needed to be.
