Pick up was a mess. It wasn't clear where we would be met. Then the bus was late without any word. Then the tour took us first to a tourist trap to sell things, total waste of time. Also they kept taking forever parking the bus with us on it. Really, let the people out and then the driver can take as long as he wants parking. All in all it was a really long day. Not for small kids or small bladders.

José Luis, a great guide, made the trip very enjoyable and Alexis, the bar tender, was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend a trip with them.

The restaurant was not much more than a soda and the food less so. When we arrived most of the food was gone and we had to settle for scraps

We paid a basic tour of no less than 75 dollars per person. The company called us at 7:50am, and picked us up at 8:40am.
The tour was in English and Spanish, which I found extremely uncomfortable hearing everything repeated constantly and in very low-level English and then Spanish.
The bus is very well conditioned and well managed.
During the tour the guide advised us to pay 20dls more for the “deluxe” service which luckily we did not pay because it is clearly not worth it. I felt that they were constantly leading us to consume local products at unusual prices. The “visit to a local village” consisted of going to a merchandising store and then to a buffet to have something for lunch that would easily cost 200 Mexican pesos per person anywhere. The drink was not included, so you had to spend 80 pesos for a soda.
Not to mention that in that buffet they ask you for a tip in each of its parts.
Chichen Itzá is beautiful, the guide was not very clear in my opinion. The order of the historical events that have happened there is not so clear to me, but beyond that, I am left with the beauty of the pyramid.
On the way back, they asked us for a tip with the reason of “helping 3 families”, when each person who was present on the bus already paid 75 dollars. Regrettable comment when the guide saw the tip basket as “very poor” and managed to ask for more money in Spanish and English.
I would have preferred that they thank us for purchasing the service, just as we all thanked us when we got off the bus, which obviously left us 6 blocks from where they were supposed to drop us off.
I do not recommend it.

Very bad attention from the guide Roberto, he must learn to control his character and know how to communicate with the people who hire his service.
As tourists we understand that there may be delays in picking up passengers and delays in transferring. But, in no way do we accept disrespect.
