The colosseum was a great experience and the priority access was worth the money. The addition of the bus tour was awesome and a great way to see all the sights!

It was absolutely nice to go past the line that would have made for a 2 hour wait in 90 degree weather. The one thing I would advise is to get there early. We went to a kiosk just outside the train station that had a Romartour sign on it, but that wasn’t where we needed to be. We had to walk down the street a bit, up a very long staircase (would have been difficult for anyone with mobility issues, and finally found the ticket office around the corner from a cafe that was there. Everything was perfect after that.

This place was amazing. It was hot though. I wished a brought a water bottle. They had free water stations. We loved the self guided tour. No rush. It was just what we preferred.

Our family of 7 traveled to Italy to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. I spent many hours of time pre-booking tickets for us to get to see all the wonderful sites. When booking the Colosseum, I could only put 6 people on one booking, and then had to purchase one additional single booking so we could all go together. The day before our visit to the Colosseum, Viator contacted me to say our tour had been canceled for our party of 6. They offered to reschedule us, which I replied we absolutely wanted to do, but then they responded saying they would refund me. I called and they said, sorry, all the time slots were sold out. I told them we were terribly disappointed, and I also explained that I purchased one additional single ticket because of the size of our group and that I would like that ticket refunded as well, as one of us wasn't going to go alone. After over an hour of vacation spent on the phone with Viator, they refused to refund the single ticket as well. I was so unimpressed with Viator.

The information upfront was very easy and helpful. Once pickung up the tickets, it was fast and well explained! The agency is right next to Colosseum and the way description was very helpful. Thumbs up!

I’d read reviews about the office you needed to collect your entry ticket from being hard to find; I put the exact address in google maps and had no problems finding it at all. The guy was helpful explaining where we had to go. Entry to the colosseum was quick and uncomplicated, you do need to take id though. Inside the colosseum was really interesting. I would definitely recommend purchasing these tickets as it was the third time we’d tried to go in the colosseum and the only one that worked perfectly.

The bus was only for one round. That means you can not board the bus again.
