Itinerary:
• Meet your driver at your location
• 1st stop in Volterra, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Tuscany, visit of the Historic City and the Roman Theatre.
• For lunch we will move to a Tuscan farm, to understand the secrets of wine production and enjoy a tuscan lunch with 5 wine tastings
• After lunch we will drive through the rolling hills of Chianti, among olive groves, cypresses and vineyards to the medieval town of San Gimignano
• We will visit the magnificent Towers of the city and discover the legend of the Black Rooster. In the main square you will taste the best ice cream in the world (Gelateria Dondoli)
• The return is expected around 17:00

We had a great time on this tour. The guide (Stefano) was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing good information on the sights while still allowing for free time to explore Volterra and San Gimignano on our own. The drive through Tuscany was beautiful, and the winery was the cherry on top, with the best Chianti I’ve had and great views of the San Gimignano towers. Excellent tour all around.

Our driver/guide did a great job taking us to the see the sights we wanted, with a particular emphasis on stopping to take pictures of the wonderful scenery. He also helped us to quickly see the main sights in Volterra. Finally, we had a wonderful wine tasting and lunch at a winery with a great nearby view of San Gimignano.
