Fabi was a wonderful Tour guide. Knowledgeable, personable, making sure all participants in Tour were on same page. Tour itself was really good, especially the Map room and the Sistine Chapel.

My most memorable part of the trip was being jostle and pushed about in the vatican with all the crowds and mot being able to hear the guide as the ear piece kept falling off my ear. We were told that the tour would start 45 minutes late but it was actually an hour later but finished at the same time
