You cancelled my tour the same day and there were no other tickets for days. We came all the way to Granada from the US to see the Alhambra and you ruined that for us. Absolutely ruined our whole trip.

It was nice to have, but just had general and short info about most stops. I got a lot more info from reading the signs and boards on the streets and stops.
