While the cenotes I ended up at were very nice, this was not the tour I booked. I was supposed to go to La Ruta de los Cenotes in Puerto Morelos (1 hour travel, 5 hours @ cenotes), instead I went to Cenotes Casa Tortuga in Tulum (6 hours travel, 2 hours @ cenotes). Contacted the tour company, they never replied. I booked 4 tours through Viator for this trip, everyone had problems. Will never use them again.
