The captain and the diving instructor are both very professional. They gave us a fantastic underwater experience. Especially our underwater instructor, he took time to take pictures for everyone in the group. Excellent trip. I highly recommend it.

The team for Aqua Safari were amazing. They are great with guests and very helpful and supportive if you are nervous. There was a current underwater when we went. Holding the boundary rope helped a lot but I found moving around on my knees the easiest. The fish and resident sting ray were so cool to see. Recommend!!

This was an amazing experience with knowledgeable staff. There was only ourselves and one other couple. They were very patient as my husband felt scared but they were calm and he coped well and loved it. The fish were amazing and I have dived on the Great Barrier reef. The diver was great and Coco mer the sting ray clearly loved him and vice versa.

The dive crew were great guys, very helpful. They explained everything, it’s not that hard. Once you are the bottom you have a fun time with hundred of fish all around.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE - we did our underwater walk as part of our cruise with the Paul Gauguin ship - it was a fantastic experience. I have serious claustrophobia but the team did everything to make me feel comfortable and to enjoy the experience. Our team was Harvey, Manu and DJ - couldn't ask for a better team and the photos they took for us were just wonderful. We highly recommend this experience

I was nervous about doing this as the guys explained what to do, but once it started, it was a great experience! The guide took his time to give each person attention to make sure they are ok and while taking pictures. There were several fish and a sting ray.

It was 20 minutes out of one hour the tour specified. There was not too much to see.
I bought the pictures and I haven’t been able to get the since November. They charged my credit card and they said they forgot. Later they sent a link and I just cannot get the pictures. Sent more emails and now they are ignoring me. 😩
