First off all three of our guides, a new one each day, were absolutely fantastic. Thank you Carlos, Irene and Jessy for providing us a wonderful experience.
The drivers were dependable and safe. The lodging recommendations worked out well.
Overall as fantastic experience and my wife and I highly recommend Quito Tours.

I had an amazing time yesterday travelling around Baños from Quito! Our tour guide Irene was fantastic and she made sure we got to do everything we wanted to, took great photos and taught us about Ecuador with lots of energy and humour! The devil’s cauldron is spectacular, and visiting the swing at the end of the world was a highlight for me. Our driver Jon also waited to make sure someone let me into my hostel on the way back in the evening, which I really appreciated. Very glad I booked this tour!

I had the pleasure of going on a full day Banos trip with Quito Tour Bus! Not only was the tour knowledgeable but super fun! Irene is an amazing tour guide and a John the driver is a gem! If you want to have an amazing Banos day I recommend booking with Quito Tour Bus and touring with Irene!

We came to Quito a few days early prior to our Galapagos cruise and Baños was at the TOP of my list to visit because I wanted to bungee jump and see the waterfalls. From the moment we were greeted and picked up by our guide Misael and our driver Ivan, we knew we were in good hands. Misael was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us all comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable. Truly a terrific guide and driver. I was able to bungee jump, zip line, and do the swing. He was even going to make one extra stop for me but it was very cloudy so it would have been a waste. We are so lucky to have had them as our guide and driver. I would recommend them to anyone who visits Quito and wants to take a day trip to Baños.

We booked a three day with this company and our third day —the excursion to Baños—was incredible. Mauricio was our driver all three days and this man has some incredible driving skills and is just an awesome guy. Misa was our guide for the day and full of information on Ecuador, birds, and just a little of everything. We really enjoyed this day because our group was so small (6 of us total) so it was just a more intimate and unique experience. After our first day of hiking to base camp of Cotopaxi, then day two hiking down to Quilotoa lake, this day felt like pure fun without so much effort on the lungs and legs. We started with a visit to the swing at the end of the world and the casa de arbol. The hummingbirds we saw were incredible and so much bigger than the ones we see in the states. This was a very magical place aside from the swing—which was a thrill. Next stop was an adventure park for walking a long suspension bridge and optional Tarzan swing for those who live on the edge and like an adrenaline rush. After that we went to a beautiful spot for zip lining and riding a cable car across the canyon to see a stunning waterfall. The zip lining was really awesome because you get to go out and back. When you get to the other side you get to hike through a beautiful orchard with mandarins and other fruit. You hike up to the platform where you zip line back across and the views are just incredible. Baños is absolutely gorgeous. Next we hiked near an incredibly powerful waterfall. We’ve never seen anything like it. The trail is so lush with plant life and there were beautiful birds to see along the way. We finished up our day with a wonderful meal at Miramelindo and again because the group was so small we all sat at one table together which was great. All in all we can’t say enough great things about this excursion and experience both with the tour and in Ecuador.

Our tour guide Irene and our driver Eric were very informative and made our experience to Baños comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them if you would like to see Baños with an energetic tour guide get Irene and be comfortable in the drive ask for Eric.

I wasn’t supposed to go on this trip as had planned something different. As it was, I took the first part and stayed in Baños overnight for a pickup the next day. Whilst that was frustrating, Irene was a wonderfully energetic, enthusiastic and engaged guide who also gave me some great suggestions for what to do with my next morning in Baños and made sure I was looked after for the pickup.
