Larissa and Mina have made my trip to Vietnam a wonderful experience. They have Ensured that all the things were in place and we could enjoy our trip hassle free .

On this trip I visited the Ninh Binh area, Hoa Lu, Dua Caves and the waterways of Tam Coc.

A long, but very safe and comfortable ride out to Ninh Binh and it was oh so worth it. Comfort stops for the obligatory tourist purchase, you don't have to buy of course.

Roasting hot and humid day so lots of water and information provided throughout by our guide.

Former capital of Hoa Lu was interesting, as was the 40 minute cycle ride around the paddy fields etc. Lunch was really good, very generous and delicious.

The real highlight for me though were the backwaters of Tam Coc. OMG! Initially a bit deflated by the commercialism, then...a real assault on your senses. Utterly natural beauty beyond comprehension - nothing else to say really - simply stunned into silence.

The rice was being harvested by resilient ladies waist deep in water, the caves were low, accessible and cool - truly outstanding scenery and an amazing experience.

Ali our delightful boatman was incredible. He rowed with his feet (yes seriously) for 90 minutes, smoked 20 cigarettes, laughed, joked and took photos for us - and didn't even break into a sweat and didn't even cough. He seemed to know every boatman/woman and farmer too, a very funny guy.

Then onto climb the 500 steps to the top of the mountain to get the best views of the area.

Went home 12+ hours after we started ewith the most amazing memories. Vietnam and Tam Coc rocked it today...

Very happy to recommend a very professional and safe tour company, guide and experience.

It was in my todo list to visit Vietnam, I did lot of research and thought from where to book.One of my friend gave me Lily travels reference and without knowing much about them, I decided to go ahead.
I was very impressed by their first interaction, asking me what type of tour I want, what category of hotels I want?
And I got my detailed itinerary with name of hotels and also room type. I travelled a lot with so many tour agencies earlier but no one earlier mentioned about room type. I was delighted with selection of hotels and room type. Miss Elena did good planning and also made changes as per my request.
They are very flexible on payment terms and method of payment is also simple.
They have customer support 24/7, it doesn’t mean you keep on calling and no one reply. But it works extremely well. They have dedicated team member available 24/7. Miss Mina was available all time on phone even on Sundays and at late hours. She did good coordination and no chance for any complaints. I know this is very difficult job, but she loves her job.
Both Elena and Mina are assets for the company.
Overall I found Lily’s company is very well organised and they took care of their costomer. If anyone wants relaxing holidays and value for money then Lily’s travel is highly recommended.

Planning a 3-week trip for 9 people can be daunting, but Lily Travels made it a breeze! From the initial contact, Sunny impressed us with her responsiveness. The detailed itinerary included all our desired locations, hotels, flights, drivers, and daily plans. Sunny was incredibly patient and accommodating with our requests, making changes with a smile.

Flight delays threw a curveball, but Sunny adjusted our itinerary seamlessly to ensure we didn't miss a beat. Once in Vietnam, Lucy took amazing care of us. Every day, she provided phone numbers for drivers, guides, and readily solved any minor issues. No matter the time or issue, Lucy was there with a positive attitude and genuine warmth.

The trip itself was perfect. We saw an incredible variety of landscapes, experienced authentic Vietnam, and enjoyed a relaxed pace. Lily Travels even went above and beyond, organizing a fantastic 2-day extension trip to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, complete with driver, guide, and local contact.
In short, Lily Travels (Sunny & Lucy!) delivered an incredible, well-planned adventure. They both treated us as if we were their family, with a lot of love and compassion. We highly recommend them!

I traveled to Vietnam with my family for 11 days. Lilys travel planned and arranged everything. We had an amazing time in Vietnam. We traveled in the center and north Vietnam. Lucy and Emma made all the arrangements. Everything executed perfectly. Thanks for all the effort.

It’s all about the people. We had a great experience and excellent services with Lily’s employees. I must say that Quinny is the loveliest person to deal with. She is not only excellent providing services and advices but she is a wonderful person. Also I need to say that Lucy is such a lovely and nice girl who provided excellent customer service and good tips on what to do and where to go. She is a great young lady. About Mina, I can say that she is also excellent in service and a great person.
And they really beautiful inside and outside. I would recommend them to everyone.
