This was my first safari & it was amazing from start to finish.
My account manager, Fred, was quick to reply to any queries during the booking process.. I had some issues with my inbound flight which he & Mike (duty manager) worked around for me and Rama (safari guide) was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my time.
The service I’d received from Fred before I arrived was so good, I already thought that if I did another safari, I’d do it with them. I actually met people on my flight who had been on multiple safari’s with this company & said the same thing.
Having completed the safari, if I did another, I would definitely use this company again.
On the safari, Rama was always keen to help me get the best chance of seeing animals, and the best views once we were close.
I chose to stay at the Mara Maisha camp, which was lovely.

It’s not so easy when you try looking for local tour operators to do your booking as per your interest. Natural World Safari planner - FRED had made a personalized trip for women travelers (mother & daughter) ensuring safety, excellent tour guide and best luxury resorts for our stay. In order to save time, FRED had arranged flights to & from Safari. FRED was our contact person from start to end. FRED was in touch with us all throughout our journey from airport to airport.
Day 1 - Amboseli stayed in Sentrim Amboseli camp
Day 2 - Navaisha stayed in Naivasha Crescent camp
Day 3 & 4 - Masai Mara stayed in Fig Tree resort
Day 5 - Nairobi
Fred had customized this plan meticulously for us and deputed his highly rated tour guide HUMPHRY having good knowledge of Safari and all routes to reach any spot while on game drive. He is very humble & respected us and we felt safe in the tour. He was well connected with fellow drivers for game drive and ensured we carry good experience. Safari had binoculars, WiFi, water bottles to keep you hydrated. From breakfast, lunch & dinner was arranged by natural world’s safari. They provided us good packed lunch boxes to enjoy Bush Lunch. Our tour guide HUMPHREY accommodated our instant plans like Hot air baloon, shopping for crafts during the journey and even arranging a good spot to have Bush Lunch. Before ending our trip; FRED had arranged coffee farm tour followed by a fine dine in lunch before we get dropped to airport.
I highly recommend this tour operators to anyone planning to visit Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda…as they have local offices in all places.

Excellent attention to every detail. Mike Gitonga was the one who put together the entire tour for us and attended to our requirements. The driver was Prince, also excellent throughout the course.

This was one of the most amazing experience of my life.
The Safari was incredible, the Safari Driver Guide James was so thoughtful and explained so many things during the trip, a very ell prepared professional that made this whole experience even more amazing.
The hotel was very good as well and all the staff very helpful and warm.
My trip included 4 days in Diani after the Masai Mara Safari, and it was just amazing being there.
A have to say, specially about the Safari Specialist Fred that organized everything according to my needs and my schedule, is amazing how he was always taking care of everything and available in case of need. Also he was really looking after me the whole time I was in Kenya, thank you so much to Natural World, the best company I could've asked for.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Savanna! We loved our drivers and we were so well taken care of. The place we stayed was gorgeous and we were able to watch the animal come to the watering hole while we ate our meals. Fantastic!

My boyfriend and I LOVED LOVED LOVED our safari with Natural World. The communication from start to finish was clear and prompt. Benson, our safari guide, and Peter, a training guide were incredible. Benson exerted maximum effort in ensuring we saw all types of animals while educating us about them. Our package included stays at Orngatuny Mara King Camp and the staff there were wonderful too. This trip was incredibly memorable and so much fun. I loved every second! Thank you Benson and Peter - we miss you!

My mum and I booked this tour for her 60th birthday. We really struggled choosing which tour / company but so glad we went with this one. Our experience was incredible and couldn’t have been any better. Our guides were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The accommodation was beautiful, along with the food (Sopa Lodge) .
The safari was one of the best experiences, we saw everything we wanted to and had the best time!

We had a real great time with our Safari Tour. Our travel coordinator Fred went above and beyond to give us the best
of our requests, he made everything worked out. Despite his busy schedule he made ahre yo meet us at the airport when we arrived and bwforw our departure in Nairobi.
We also had the best/safari guide driver of all time and his name Is Juma. When you ever visit Nairobi please use yhis company and look for Greda nd Juma.
