We used BD Experience as our RT transport to and from the Airport to Playa del Carmen. I was about a 15 minute wait at the airport kiosk for our driver. Once he arrived he got us loaded and on our way quickly. He was a very careful and cautious driver and even stopped to get us some cold water. The trip back was smooth. This driver was on time and got us to the airport quickly. We had plenty of time to catch our flight because they pick you up about 3.5 hours before the flight. We did tip both drivers because that was not included in the price. Both drivers were very friendly. Vans were very clean!! It was about 45 minutes each way.

We arrived at the Cancun Airport on May 4 at 6:30 p.m. with a Transfer voucher purchased by Despegar 10 days before. We left the airport to the BD Experience counter and THEY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE US because the name of the Hotel Sandos Playacar was missing and the voucher only said Playacar, so we asked them to take us to the entrance of Playacar which is 10 minutes from Sandos and THEY DID NOT ACCEPT . They did not want to be flexible and we had to hire other services, doubling our expenses. Bad attention to tourists. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

The service is not good, we arrived at Can Cun and waited 1 hour to be transferred to the hotel, we were 8 people.

Excellent service upon arrival at the airport, we had a hard time finding them, they have a small stand outside the airport. The transfer was waiting for us, and upon return he picked us up at the hotel without any inconvenience. They are clean and the driver is friendly. You must remember the day of arrival and time as well as the return transfer via WhatsApp.
We were afraid because of the reviews we read but they gave us excellent service, not only in transfers, but also in the tours we took with the agency.

Purchased roundtrip airport transfer from Cancun to Playa del Carmen through Travelocity for $148 CAD. Trip to hotel was fine and return trip all booked with pick up time established. We were 30 min early and they never showed up. Started messaging any email, number on Whatsapp I could find. After some time I finally got a response that there was a breakdown with basically a "sorry about your luck and find your own way." So an $80 US taxi ride later and just making our flight on time we being told we get a $29 refund. Both Travelocity and BDExperience are not honoring what I paid for. Shady service...would never use them again! Have my doubts about Travelocity as well for not honoring what I paid for through them. Not impressed at all.

We had booked a pick up from our hotel (Paradisus La Perla) to the airport through our travel agent when we booked our trip months in advance. BD Experience confirmed 7 days before and changed the pick up time 5 days before. We went down to the bell hop (where we were instructed to go) 15 minutes ahead of pick up. We waited 30 minutes. Tried calling BD Experience as did our Bell hop. No Answer. I tried texting in Whats App, no answer. My husband walked over to the BD Experience agent on site and she (Mariana) looked at him like he was crazy and said "they'll be there, you need to wait at the pick up area". She didn't call anyone or check his confirmation number. Poor customer service!
We went back to the lobby with the bell hop and got on another BD Experience van there picking up other guests that was going to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. BEWARE of BD Experience!

On 12/02/23 they were supposed to pick us up at the Ocean Riviera Paradise Hotel at 11:10 and transfer to the Arpto in Cancun, we were in the lobby from 11:05... at 11:25 I communicated via WS with the coordinator BD notifying that they had not yet picked us up, at 11:42 he called me indicating that "the transport is entering the hotel"... at 11:57 I wrote again indicating that they had not yet shown up and he told me that he would call them again ...he answers me that they left a No Show with the Bell Boys at 11:16, which is at least lacking in veracity, since those in charge of the transfer indicated to the coordinator that "they were entering the hotel at 11 :42", didn't they know that they had already passed?... when consulting with the Bell Boys, the "No Show" "magically" appeared after asking three different ones... what a convenient situation!
The lack of seriousness involved incurring the cost of a taxi to the airport for US$70 (seventy dollars) in cash (which was coordinated by the Bell Boys in a very "quick" manner... as if it were waiting!) and that The receipt would be sent by e-mail... which of course I have not received to date... checking the social networks a modus-operandi is repeated... "they arrive", they do not find you > they leave a No Show with the hotel staff > the hotel staff "contacts" a taxi that you must pay in cash and they do not give you a receipt > you complain and they send you a georeference (GPS) that they were there and you were not > there is no refund... BE CAREFUL DO NOT HIRE BD EXPERIENCE

BD booked our outbound transfer with the wrong departure hour. As a result of their error, BD planned the pick-up from the hotel 6 hours before the flight although the hotel was only 28 miles from Cancun Airport. We tried to change the pickup hour to a later one. BD Customer Service staffer "the giggling Efraim" at first said it was not possible. After our protests, he said he would try, but finally, he said "No availability". We called American Airlines Vacation for help, and we were rebooked to a later pick-up: 4 hours before the flight. AAV was able to find seats in BD vehicles. BD denied us any help although they were responsible for the mess.

The first impression was good. We arrived at the Cancun airport, we located the BDexperience desk, they found our reservation and they transported us from the airport to our hotel!

The return trip to the airport was the disaster! When it was the agreed time (exactly 4 hours before our flight's departure time) for the transfer from the hotel to the airport we were waiting at the hotel entrance for the driver to arrive. 20 minutes past the agreed time we contacted the company through the hotel, after waiting for 10 minutes to locate our reservation they informed us that our driver was at the hotel 1 hour prior to the agreed time and because we were not there he left! The hotel confirmed that no driver came by at the time the company said and no one searched for us! They didn't suggest any alternative and they just said we were a no show!

Thankfully we were able to arrange a transportation to the airport with the help of our hotel.

We suggest that you avoid this company for your transportations in Cancun!

Very bad note, this service is included in Falabella trips so you can consider it. We traveled with my partner on 08-01-2023, everything was supposed to be ok upon arrival at the airport in Cancun at 10:00 p.m. They never arrived, we had to pay Particularly the transfer, be careful since it is not economical, on the other hand we went to the office in the same hotel where we stayed, not even an apology did they tell us what could happen, hahaha, we are still waiting for the refund, we managed the return transfer, it was supposed to They arrived "on time" at 07:42 or they could arrive earlier, they arrived 30 minutes late, so be careful, the transfer experience was bad, I advise those who bought through Falabella trips to check this carefully.
