Pickup at airport was easy and quick and comfortable for our private transfer van. For our departure, they insisted our pickup time be 5, yes 5 hours before our flight and they would not budge on time(we had prepaid). They need to realize and respect that people don’t want to sit at the airport all day- our hotel was 30 mins away. I would not have booked with them had I known this. Just simply not necessary!

This is a scam company. Please stay away. We booked an excursion through them and prior to going on the excursion two days before we cancel that excursion booked a different one. They said they would refund us for the canceled one but it has been four months of hell trying to get our money back one of the three transactions they put back on a credit card but they said they couldn't put the other two that were about $1000 back on our credit card. They are literally playing games in the email and they send emails in Spanish even though we don't speak Espanol it's just an intentional criminal act to defraud people out of their money their money.

Hired the shuttle from Cancun to Playa del Carmen. The ride there was fine. Booked the shuttle to the airport back, no show, no call… nothing. Left stranded. Had to try and track someone down thru What’s App which is how they asked to communicate, to find out there was a mechanical issue and no one was going to show up! Paid $80 US to take a taxi with zero reimbursement. Basically zero customer service!! Never again! Scammers if you read the reviews on there page they do this ALL the time! Save your money and use someone else with some integrity!!

Please be careful with this company! Not only were they late coming to get us from the airport, but they never arrived at our hotel to return us to the airport. They will give you a WhatApp number to reach them, which does not accept calls. They are very slow to respond, if they respond at all. We were provided with a pickup time to return us to the airport the night before. No one showed up. Our hotel concierge had to make several calls just to find a working number to reach someone live. Then, when we finally reached someone, they flat out told us that they were not coming. No one warned us ahead of time. Keep in mind that we already prepaid for our return fare. We had to pay for a taxi to the airport and jump through hoops to get our money back! Do not use this company! Very unprofessional.

This is a horrible company, don’t use.
At the end of my trip they picked me up almost 2 hours early to head to the airport. Of coarse I was not ready or waiting in the lobby because why would I be there 2 hours before my pickup time?!?! They refused to give me a ride at my scheduled time of pickup and I had to get a taxi to take me to the airport. I had already prepaid bd service so I had to pay twice. I came home and called Expedia who I booked through and we signed a “ no refunded” agreement.
So WOW, I guess you just sit in the lobby of your hotel and wait for them to arrive at anytime. What thief’s!!!!

We were nervous after all the bad reviews, but had no problems at all. Our private transport was ready within 15 minutes of arrival, and the return transport was right on time. They had initially scheduled our return trip 4 hours before departure, but our hotel concierge was able to change it to 3 hours prior to departure.
I’d happily use BD Transfers again!

This is quite possibly the worst experience with a company I have ever had! Upon our arrival, we were directed to the line of people waiting on shared transport. They were able to pull up our reservation and put us right on the shuttle. When we got on the shuttle, they took us to the wrong resort. When I reached out to the representative I had met at the airport about getting it switched so we didn’t have this problem on departure day he told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to be transported to the incorrect resort if I wanted to be picked up from the airport. After talking with my travel agent we got it switched and I even confirmed with the customer service rep that we were supposed to be picked up from the correct resort on departure day. Departure day comes and our transport was an 1hr late and still wasn’t there. I reached out to customer service and they told me that unfortunately they were unable to get a hold of the driver and that there weren’t any other shuttles that could come and get us and to get a taxi. I then had to pay another $88 on top of what I spent so I wouldn’t have this issue in the first place! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY, DONT!!!!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY AND NOT TRY TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!!!

And YET AGAIN, BD Experience is NOT waiting for my clients who purchased fully paid transfers. BD sent a voucher with instructions. BD is saying my clients are not even on a list! BTW- there is no email address to reach BD, and poor online presence. Be careful.

This transportation service was booked for us as part of our Costco vacation package. Their service was excellent. We had a bit of an issue when we arrived as we had changed hotels and Costco did not update our information. They handled this issue professionally and quickly. We waited only 20 minutes as this was resolved and then got on into our private van to Unico 20* 87*.
The pickup from the hotel to take us to the airport was perfectly on time. The driver was kind and the van was clean.
Will use again in the future.

Don’t book this tour. We were so disappointed and frustrated when our family finally arrived in Mexico and the BD experience tour operators told us we did not have a reservation despite me giving them our Viator booking number and confirmation number. They simply said that they no longer work with Viator, and that they could not transport us to our hotel, since we didn’t have a reservation that they recognized. After a very long flight, we were forced to take a taxi which is not recommended due to safety and over pricing. We didn’t have any other choice at that point in time to be able to get to our hotel in Riviera Maya. The taxi company we had to use said it would be an hour and 45 minute trip and that’s what they charged us upfront, when it was actually only about an hour trip to get there. It cost us twice as much to get to our resort using this taxi than the trip back that we arranged through our resort.
