I arrived at Cancun International airport on May 22nd and was scheduled to be picked up by BD Experience to transfer to TRS Yucatan hotel. Once I arrived at the desk for BD Experience at Terminal 4 platform 80 corridor C, I was asked to present a QR code for the confirmation link. But I never received one. There were about 7 employees at the desk and none of them helped me on how to register for the transfer. I showed them the email confirmation from the hotel which had the information on how to sign up for the free transfer at the bottom of the email. I remember clicking on the picture and signing up for the transfer but I never received the QR code email with the transfer pickup. They just kept going back and forth saying to call BD Experience customer service and call the hotel. I stood there at the airport for more than 1 hour trying to get someone to help me with the transfer but no one helped me. So I had to pay for a private cab which cost $165 USD but was supposed to be free in the first place because it was included with the hotel transfer.

Since this issue happened, as soon as I arrived at the hotel the first thing I did was to make sure I had the transfer setup for the May 27th return from hotel to back to Cancun Airport. I spoke with Marcos Tuyub who was the person that helped me with the transfer setup from hotel to airport. Please see attached voucher that shows the time for pickup at the front lobby of TRS Yucatan hotel will be between 8:30am - 9am. That is exactly what Marcos told us to. He never told us to reach out to him before 8:30am all he said was just come to the front lobby at 8:30am.

On 27th morning at 8:30am I arrived at the front lobby for TRS Yucatan and I spoke with another lady at the BD Experience desk and asked her when the transfer vehicle will arrive. After looking up my name she said that the vehicle had already left for the airport and I was supposed to be there at 8am. How am I supposed to know that if I was not provided with that information? This is extremely bad customer service. The BD Experience lady said that the hotel staff told her that the hotel called us at 8:05am, which again is a lie. Yes, I did receive a call but that was for a bell boy service to pick us up from the room and drop us off at the lobby at exactly 8:30am. When I received the call at 8:05am no one told me anything about the BD Experience transfer service vehicle that had arrived to pick us up at the front lobby of TRS Yucatan hotel well before 8:30am. Since then I had booked another private taxi from the hotel to the airport which cost me another $110 USD.

In total I had to pay $165 on May 22nd and $110 USD on May 27th for transfer between the hotel and airport. This is due to poor communication and bad customer service on your side. Well I emailed their customer service asking for a refund this is what they replied me back with. They did not even answer for what happened on the 27th.

This was their response back in an email "Regarding this reservation, the arrival on May 22nd, the service had not been booked. They wanted to book it at the last minute, and it was explained that this was not possible. About the departure, they should have contacted the Service Center to arrange their pickup as indicated in the voucher. For this reason both of the refunds are not possible."

Going back to the comment from their email about booking the ride last minute possible is a lie again. When I reach the hotel the BD experience personnel at the hotel showed me exactly how I could have booked the ride from the email confirmation on May 22nd. This is just non-sense from both BD experience and the hotel because the ride was supposed to be included with the hotel reservation. Since they were not willing to provide any sort of refund. I had to post this review. I would have given them a negative star rating if possible. Please be aware everyone and stay away from them!

American Airlines uses BD Experience with their vacation packages. It was somewhat confusing at the airport finding them based on the information given. Also, they dropped us at the wrong resort. When I contacted them about the mistake, I received an email stating sorry but talk to American. Not responsive to their mistake. Would not recommend.

Liars with a terrible customer service. Did not provide ride to our hotel when we arrived at the airport. They told us to take a taxi and promised to reimburse us when we get to the hotel. Gave a confirmation number and a name. We paid $290. When we got to the hotel they refused to reimburse.
On a return trip with our flight at 2 pm, they only offered us a pick up time at 7 am.

Terrible service.
They left us in the wrong hotel upon our arrival and on the way back they never picked us up, we had to move on our own.

The BD Experience company did not want to leave us at the hotel, supposedly because there was no access to the area, which we later discovered was a lie, they left us in a remote location and we had to walk with suitcases for more than 20 minutes. The staff at both the unit and the company headquarters were very rude, unhelpful and not at all empathetic, for the return they also made us move to a point where they pick up passengers at the time they wanted, they cut us off on the last day of vacation to be able to be on time and not lose that money. We had to pay for a second taxi to be there. Terrible service, I don't recommend it in the slightest. The service was booked through despasr.com who also did nothing.

Please DON'T USE this company I'm a travel agent everyday is different complains . This company has gone down on quality so bad the last 4 years they still haven't refund me a transfer THAT THEY cancelled on my last trip because they had not enough vehicle. They said I could take my own the will refund the difference .If they say this to you don't believe them it's a scam the never do, they make you call them until you quit efforts bad bad experience. Everyone complains they take hours to get you anywhere even if it's private and paid already you'll make a huge line to get out of the airport . The workers don't care the will ignore your presence. Transfers don't show up to pick up . Please from professional point of view don't do it.

Don't waste your money!!! When I spent $200 extra for a private transfer for 1-9 people from the airport to our hotel, I expected that we would get to the hotel quicker. When we arrived in Cancun at the airport we went outside to the Westjet folks who showed us where BD experience staff were. We waited for over an hour, I am pretty sure that the bus left before us. We were about to get into a taxi because they said our transfer would be another 45 mins (so close to 2 hours after landing!) but they found a transfer, so we didn't end up in a taxi. Then on the return trip they sent a car to pick the 4 of us up don't he wrong day, and then on the day we were supposed to leave (as per the confirmation email they sent us) they sent a shared transport that only had space for two of us event though there were 4 of us and we paid for a private transfer. We called them and they blamed us for not being ready the day before even though their confirmation email had the correct date. What a nightmare! Poor customer service, it was a mess. We ended up paying another $55 US for a taxi to the airport. Never again!!!

Do not trust them, do not know why Costco Travel uses them. Will complain to Costco to never use them. Do not deserve even 1 star rating. We had paid for a private vehicle pickup and drop off. Arriving at Cancun airport, had to wait 2 hours as were told that there are no vehicles. Finally they put us in a shared van to drop us to the hotel. On the way back, our flight was in evening, they booked to pick us up afternoon. I called them and was told we do not have any vehicles for late pick up???? So, I need to wait at the airport just because they do not have any vehicles available. Better to use a taxi and not use them or pay for their service.
