We have used BD Experience MANY times with Costco travel. The very first time, I thought i would save the $15 a do a shared ride. That takes longer, shuttle has to fill with the folks in the same area etc. Pay the extra $15-$20, and just get your own private shuttle with them and go directly to your hotel. Now if we can have wifi every time...

BDExperience sent a confirmation that they would pick us up at the hotel for return to the airport. After 30 minutes from the schedule pick up time, I called their support number in Cancun and in the United States. The support lines said that I was selected for a special promotion and then began to play a recording to sell a medic alert service. The recording said if you are not interested, press # and when I pressed #, it began a new promotional offer. This would happen over and over again until the call would be dropped. There was no intention of providing service. After about 45 minutes, the hotel concierge came over to ask why we were still waiting. She called BD Experience and somehow got right through. They said that there was an "incident" and that they wouldn't be coming. The concierge then convinced us that we needed to take a taxi to the airport and it would be $99 cash. Terrible end to our vacation.

We booked a family vacation with lots of moving parts, ie members coming from different places at different times etc. My daughter was arriving solo on July 2nd at around 10pm. The flights kept getting delayed due to storms in Houston and she didnt arrive till 3am. BD was nowhere to be found. She contacted their locale help number and was hung up on. Luckily she hopped a hotel shuttle with a nice couple and i got her a room at a airport Marriot. The next day i called the help number so they could actually get her to the Barcelo south of Playa. The gentle man who answered on the morning of July 3rd immediately blamed us for LEAVING our child at the airport, granted he didn't know we had arrived 2 days prior. After explaining that his scenario wasn't feasible and that he should pick her up at the hotel and get her to her location, like we paid for, he said they weren't licensed to do that. A transfer company....not licensed to transfer.lol But i get it, to an extent, so i said transfer her from the hotel in Cancun to the airport, then from the airport to the original destination Barcelo. Again he couldnt do that due to licensing...so he wanted me to pay more to have her taken to them after he left my daughter at a airport at 3am in a foreign country. DO NOT USE this company, they are full of excuses and zero solutions. I recommend STP Caribe, great people there and willing to help in a pinch.

Great service. Nice driver Sailor Samudio did a great job. Clean truck and safe. Fast service will be using them anytime we’re back.

Best Day is a lovely company that is very accommodating and kind. We had two lovely drivers on our way in and out. Especially, Alberto Villa, on our way out. We were delayed around 45 minutes as upon his arrival, a member of our party lost his wallet and Alberto kindly waited with us being so kind throughout and we really appreciated him for this. Amazing man!!
