We booked round trip airport transfers. They were clean, friendly and great to deal with. Upon arrival it was a little unclear where to find the car but after leaving the airport my name was on a sign. For the return they called and confirmed the day before and were 2 minutes late pick us up but I was able to call the number that had confirmed and they contacted the driver to confirm he was almost there. Only complication was that because it was booked through Viator, we did not have direct contact with company to confirm. If they hadn’t had called me the day before, I would have been worried. Also, when I tried to call the number on the reservation upon arrival, nobody answered. It all worked out but was a little stressful not knowing all of the details or how to confirm them directly with the company.

Transfers was well organized. From the email confirmation, the text message with directions of where to go once through customs. Our private airport transfer was waiting for us. No wait time.
