We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation for each of our three transfers: airport to Old San Jaun, Old San Juan to Hyatt, and Hyatt to airport. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 different drivers, and each one offered excellent service. Harold, Pierre, and Billy did an amazing job. Definitely would use this service again!

What a horrible experience. Inbound the driver didn’t bother to help with luggage. After an apology call and an offer for 50 percent off next service, we acquiesced. And they didn’t show up leaving our family without airport transfer at 3am.! We are in San Juan 2-5 times a year and we are better off taking our chances with an Uber in the middle of the nightclub exit hour. That’s pretty sad.

Driver didn’t help with logger until we were loading the car. Not even an offer. Seemed a little annoyed to be there.

Service was fantastic from the start with Jean Marie. She was very helpful it getting both of our reservations set up for transportation services. Answered all of my many questions promptly and got us set up very quickly. Then as we arrived into Puerto Rico, Harold was excellent. Was there waiting for us at airport. He was very helpful and pleasant on the drive to hotel. Highly recommend using Puerto Rico Green Transportation!

Unfortunately arranged all transports through them and what a mess! Upon arrival, we had to WAIT for them. Then our driver looked at apartments on his phone the whole time- how unsafe! Then upon return pick up they couldn't find the hotel so dropped us off IN AN ALLEY in san Juan with our luggage! Then our trip to airport was cancelled and owner tried to blame travel agent! How unprofessional! and how untrue! Terrible service! Yet owner brags about his second home in Arizona- probably because they rip people off and steal their money! BUYER BEWARE! UNSAFE & SHADY!

Our experience with this company was very positive. From booking the round trip transportation to there on time arrivals. We even had to change are departure time pickup, and it was very easy to make. We’ll gladly use this company again on our next trip.

Gabriel was our driver today for our trip to Vega Alta and he was AMAZING!!!! From the moment he learned we were visiting the Galeria Lin Manuel, he immediately curated a playlist for our drive. Not only was his personality vibrant and kind, he was a wealth of knowledge and gave us some much info on the island of Puerto Rico. I would highly recommend having Gabriel as your driver. It will only add joy to your drive!
The company was incredibly easy to book, and happily answered multiple phone calls from me and gave me all the info we needed. We arrived from a cruise ship, and pick up and drop off was seamless and safe. I would not hesitate to book again in a heartbeat!

Excellent communication throughout- before arrival and once we landed. Super clean and comfortable vehicle. Harold was very polite and gave us several suggestions for our stay. This is our second time using this company and we will continue for our future visits.
