Hayato was a great host, with great conversation and great English. I wouldn't have found the bars we went to without him. I enjoyed the tour and recommend it.

My brother and I chose this tour and we really enjoyed ourselves. We did taste whiskeys that would have been hard to find on our own. And we absolutely had access to bars that would have been private otherwise. Our host Koki was knowledgeable and professional.

Great night with Koki! We went to a more private membership bar first, where we got to try many different Japanese whiskies. Having already tried a lot where we live, there were still so much more variety the bar had to offer. The second bar was more upbeat, there’s still no way we would’ve found it on our own, we were the only foreigners there. This bar had an even wider whiskey selection and one of the customers even started chatting with us while Koki translated. Had a great time and definitely would recommend!

A great intro to the neighborhood of Shinjuku and a lot of fascinating historical notes. Super helpful on our first full day/night in Tokyo. Dan was also very helpful with restaurant and shopping tips for the rest of our time in Tokyo. Thanks!

It was a lovely evening stroll in Tokyo. The delicious drinks and snacks we had at the two izakayas were amazing. The night view of Tokyo was a highlight. We went to two places, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Both were amazing, just like in the movies. It was a fun experience. I'd definitely like to go back again if I have the chance later.

Discovered much about and had access to parts of Shibuya’s scene I wouldn’t have even known about if not for this tour. Such great memories, highly recommend!

Very fun tour in a less traveled piece of Tokyo. Hayato felt like an old friend taking you around to his favorite spots. He provided good advice and fun discussion about whisky. Enjoyed and would recommend this tour for anyone who likes Japanese whisky or wants to learn.

He took us to two very interesting whisky bars, both bars had a wide variety of different whiskies in particular our last stop. Hayato did his best to make us feel comfortable and well informed. He is passionate about Japanese whisky and even presented us with a lovely gift at the end of our wonderful evening together.

A fun time exploring hard to find bars and trying some harder to find local whiskeys. Definitely worth trying if you're trying to learn about the history of Japanese whiskey. Be prepared to buy some extra drinks after your first 5.

Yoshiki was an awesome tour guide! Very friendly and chill. It felt like I was going out for drinks with a good friend. He is also very knowledgeable of Japanese whiskey, so it was really cool learning everything he knew. The bars we went to were these really cool hidden gems. Highly recommend to anyone.
