Five stars from start to finish. We are traveling as a family of 6 adults ranging in age from 19 to 62. All of us had a wonderful time during this tour. Michael was an outstanding guide offering knowledge above and beyond what we expected or would possibly get from another guide. He is personable, kind, and easy to work with. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule with ample time for questions and free time to wander/take photos. Highly recommended.

Luis, the guide, was informative and very helpful. He provided alternative explanations to our questions. And his advice on places to eat was spot on.

The sites that we visited showed different aspects of the Inca civilization. The tour suffers from an embarrassment of riches, so if you're going to be selective in the sights you view, don't miss Ollataytambo. Of course, Machu Picchu is a can't miss.

We loved our tour guide. Everything was great minus a few hiccups. We did think there would only be 10 in our group and there was 16. They also didn't put us on the Vistadome trip on one of the ways which we had paid for. We also skipped Moray and I think another stop, not sure why. However, we loved Machu Picchu, our guide was very informative, the buffet lunch place we stopped was great. The stop at the alpaca farm was nice. The hotel wasn't great but we only slept there.

Machu Picchu and The Sacred Valley are incredible. The taxis are timely and the tour guides are fantastic. The trains are way too expensive for how late they show up. Telling you to arrive 30 minutes early then arriving an hour later than the DEPARTURE time when everyone is hot and tired and dehydrated is crazy. Go through any other train company that isn’t PeruRails unless you want to be sitting in a hot cramped line for an hour and make sure you don’t have back to back plans after the train because you will absolutely miss them. The pictures shown are from the most expensive trains. The expedition and vistadome are lack luster and you’ll have to sell your kidney on the black market to afford the snacks and the beverages.
