I decided to go zip lining solo. I consider myself to have fear of heights, but this was something I really wanted to do. I really appreciate how playful (and responsible) the staff was that helped knocked the edge off. By the end I forgot all about that fear of heights.
I would warn you though, this adventure a hike through the jungle. Therefore, wear decent walking shoes and be prepared! I was a little sore after. Finally, it may be best to go in the morning as it can be quite hot.
