Fast service but had too chase the service. No one was waiting for us. We didn’t like chasing down to find the ride. I really didn’t like that other rides were waiting with their names . We had to ask other people to get our ride. Someone should be waiting for us with our names

The driver, Sean, was great. He was engaging, had good music, and the van was very clean.
The only issue we had was trying to locate the company when we arrived at the airport. I suggest the sign is clear and visible. The person holding the sign had it down and it wasn’t visible while navigating through the crowd. We had to ask someone and they assisted us locate the person. Another suggestion perhaps prior to arrival is for a message to be sent to advise how to identify the company at the airport. Pick up was easy as driver came to lobby and was right on time.

I highly recommend this transportation company. The service was A-1. Our driver Sean was fun friendly and informative. I’m from the U.S. so the drivers on the road can make you a little alarming but Sean made sure we were comfortable . Next time we’re in Jamaica this will be our go to for transportation.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled 9 hours prior to departure. I reached out to viator and Groovy Tours Jamaica to request a refund. They were unable to accommodate a refund.
