“Thailand tours” collected us from hotel early (luckily we were at the reception). They dropped us off at the water park and handed us collection time wrist bands.
THEN we got to the park reception - woman on desk was extremely rude and said we had not paid for our booking, pushed us aside and dealt with the next customer. Tried another lovely lady at the next desk who confirmed we had “not paid” and could not reach the tour operator. After an hour of rigmarole I got Viator to talk via my mobile to lady number 2 - whose manager finally allowed us our bands. Still no response from Thailand tours! And no rewards added to my account for this trip (not sure if Thailand tours is even a tour group. WARNING - do not book this exact tour. Try this water park with another tour operator available on Viator)
Water park is brilliant.
Although Viator are excellent and reputable, I would NEVER book with the tour group Thailand tours again.

Thailand Tours were not pleasant to deal with at all.
From completely botching out transfer and making us pay our own GRAB (Taxi) to the park, and then only to completely be disorganised on the transfer back - they now owe me a refund for my GRAB fare.
The park itself was okay, lines are long on most slides and the variety is okay - you end up doing most slides only once due to the cues. The highlight was the WavePool but again, this get a little boring.
Park is a 2 star, Thailand Tours a 1 star.

Pretty epic water park and transfers give you two options for pick up for the return. Go on angel first otherwise you will be queing for ages. The wave pool is another level... so much fun! Heaps of food options. Cabanas cost 2000 baht.

Too crowded, very long queues in attractions, no place to hide from sun. If no taxi pre-booked, you are trapped in taxi mafia without normal options to leave.

Water park was okay. It wasn’t that busy yet the waiting times on slides that required a dingy was just silly. The system is just strange, waiting at the bottom of a slide for a ring which on a couple slides took close to an hour. It’s fair to say that the park clearly lacks in the amount of dingys required to accommodate the amount of people going to the water park, when as previously stated wasn’t even that busy.

We arrived 35 minutes late to the park, which meant missing the first time in the park where there are least queues. They picked us up first and then drove to three more hotels. Once in place, it was easy to get in.
On the way back, the taxi left when it was supposed to. Having said that, they would leave us last, even though the hotels were at the same distance again, which meant that we would need an hour longer transport than the others unnecessarily. The AC was also turned off, which led to us choosing to drop out halfway through. Our children (3, 5 and 7 years old) couldn't handle going anymore.

Not bad, many pools and scary rides. Good wave. I will suggest spending half a day there, it will be enough But I expected something bigger and more entertaining. Classical waterpark with slides.

Amazing waterpark. We went mid week and queued no longer than 10 mins max for all the slides. Because of this we were done quite early but would much rather that then queuing for hours in the heat!
Money needs to be preloaded onto your wrist band. 500 baht minimum. Anything not used is to be refunded but you need to go to the desk at the front to do so.
My only minor point was the wave pool - my partner and I have been to many and never experienced one so intense. Not necessarily a negative but one to bear in mind with young children etc as it’s very powerful!
The staff were all really friendly and super clean - would highly recommend for all ages

Amazing water park in Phuket, visited twice whilst we were in Phuket, it’s still nice and new and everything inside was great, enjoyed the water slides and the wave pool. Massive little water area for the kids to play in, would visit again next week we go back.

Walking into the park you will be greeted by the loveliest staff to direct you to the entrance and take you through the process however they are not well informed on the whereabouts inside the park like the cabana booking process and locations. The park is well kept and super clean however the life jackets can use some maintenance as some had mold on them.
Keep in mind that with extra charges (approx 2000 tbh) you can get a shaded cabana to keep your things safe and can relax between rides as rides tend to have long queues and seems like they don’t have fast track option as we asked for it inside the park and no one guided us.
I would recommend getting the tickets online to avoid long queues, DONT take any floats, towels or snacks to the park as they will confiscate them at the gate and will claim that you can collect them on your way out but I was not able to fined my daughters Floats.
The food inside the park was not bad, I would avoid the fried chicken as it was taste less but the nuggets were really good the kids loved them.
They had a good amount of showers scattered around, I was shocked to find body wash in changing stalls which allowed us to give the kids quick wash.
A beautiful family attraction and don’t miss the giant wave at the beach!
Doesn’t require more than a day especially if you have kids below 122 CM height.
